KFC

Someone needs to get better managers ans shift managers every time.i come in there is never any food up and there are always excuses and it is royaly pissing me off I just want to have a decent meal every Monday Wednesday and Friday evening but I can't even do that hire better swevice or shut down

I went to KFC in Copperas Cove Tx and ordered a 16 piece all white meat bucket to go. I had to wait 25 min to get it. I got on the road and when I got out of town I was ready to eat. I ate one piece and it was horrible and appeared to not be thoroughly cooked. The coating on the chicken was more like soggy dough I checked 3 more pieces then called KFC and complained. I ended up throwing it away They took my information name number e-mail... it’s been 3 days and no one contacted me it appears KFC does not care I am out 27 bucks and in today’s economy that is a lot some days.

It is now Sunday and I called Customer service again and she said it was up to upper management to call me back but she could give me a refund of 20 bucks. Either way I am still paying for garbage

Here it is Monday almost 1 week after getting bad; no make it horrible chicken from a store in Copperas Cove Texas. I let KFC customer service know right away and they said someone would contact me; of course no one has contacted me!!! But I guess I should not have expected them to stand beside their product. 27 dollars for a bucket of chicken (16 Piece) may not be a lot to some people but that was going to be my lunch and dinner for 2 days. Just had to throw it away it was that bad unable to eat 1 piece

I figured I would call KFC customer service again so I could see what excuse they would give me for not contacting me to resolve the problem I had with the food I bought at the Copperas Cove Texas store. The supervisor I talked with said she does not know why they haven't call but they should have by now. My comment was "because they do not care about the customer". She commented " I am not saying that but they should have called you by now, they normally call in 24 to 48 hours" This has been 8 days since getting the uncooked chicken. So I guess the only thing I can take from this conversation is that KFC does not care and they will drag their feet till this goes away.

They should call the KFC customer service “KFC does not Care" it’s been 11 days and no response from KFC about the horrible chicken I purchased from KFC in Copperas Cove Tx. I should not be surprised I guess that is the way most corporations are treating people now a days.

Wow, rip off a corporation and you’re screwed, but if a corporation rips us off they consider it a bonus. I have found out that’s how KFC operates

The Facebook comment was we don’t know what the problem is. I think I have made that known but here it is again
