I'm sure there are many customer oriented people working at Roses, but...Ever heard of the bums rush? I decided to pamper myself and have a mani/pedi. I even called an made an appt but got the one over-achiever trying to make as much money in a day as possible. I was the last to the pedicure chair and first finished. I didn't get the relaxing leg massage or the hot towels, but my big toe bled for ten minutes with no antiseptic added, and it's so sore even wearing a sock hurts it. Moving on to the manicure...I got a bowl of iced cold tap water to soak, hah,,,no time to waste there although he spent the entire time chatting in Vietnamese to the woman employee next to him. So rude. I recently removed my fake nails and wanted my own evened out and polished. No relaxing hand stretches or massage, and only one coat of clear which is already peeling. Ushered to the drying table and abandoned until I asked if I had sat there long enough. When the English speaking person inquired about my experience, I told her about this missing hot towels and got only a " he forgot." 29 for the pedicure and 19 for the manicure. I could have kept my money and did a crappy job myself. Not going back and what I expected to be a relaxing time wasn't at all. And Lisa M... I wasn't offered anything to drink. I considered some of their permanent makeup but really? I'd be afraid I'd get the same guy and have eyeliner on my chin.

Love All About The Nails!!!! Friendly atmosphere great place to get your mani pedi 's done. Call or text her anytime for your services. Bring a friend and have a day out of the house pampering yourself. I love it!!!
An old man did my acrylics and spilled acetone all over my arm making my shirt have bleach spots on it now. His hands were very shaky and did a terrible job on my nails. My cuticles have scabs on them from where he cut me so many times. When I complained to another staff member he came over to fix them only to make them look worse and rushed me to pay before I had time to complain again. The next day two of my nails broke and my cuticles started bleeding again. I will never go back to this place!
Made an appointment for same day and got called minutes from the salon and THEY CANCELLED!!! Told me it was "a scheduling error ah kinda because yea anyways." Wow. Hope they don't treat all their customers this way. I won't schedule another appointment to find out.
I wish I had read the previous reviews! This place is aweful! They attempted to use a hand drill to get my gel polish off instead of soaking! That would have ruined my natural nail bed! I insisted they soak the polish off. The guy that started the "manicure" passed me off to someone else. She soaked them off then started putting color on. NO soaking in warm soapy water, NO cleaning under my nails, NO trimming the cuticles, NO cuticle treatment at all, NO lotion, No hand massage... Nothing! It was a color change only that they attempted to charge me $25 for a manicure! And the previous review was correct. They do not speak English and no one talks to you.
The staff was rude. The lady who did my nails got frustrated at something else and started being very rude. She told me to go sit at someone else's desk. It was so awkward. Long story short, I left in tears, my nails look horrible, and they still made me pay for such poor service.
Terrible Experience! !!! I got acrylic nails and the technician was actually sticking her sharp nails right into my skin repeatedly, even though I told her that she was hurting me. She managed to draw blood and continued to do it until I told her that she had to stop. I just hope I don't catch an infection. I was told when I made an appointment that the fee would be $25, and then was charged $30. I would not recommend.
Not a good experience. I got my full set nails done and a guy seemed to be so rush. He asked me make a quick decision on what I wanted, acrylic or gel while he was putting tips on my nails. I was still hesitating which one because Im a student and have to stick with my budget. And he said he could not have much time to take care of me if I did not know what I wanted. I stood up and walked right out.
I and my wife got pedicure done few weeks ago. It was really good. I was shy at first because I thought I was the only man in the world getting pedicure but the staff were so friendly. The owner I guess served me a tiny glass of wine to "calm me down". Good service and the pedicure was great. We enjoyed it here.
They let me soak my feet in the pedi chair for an hour until water got cold and no one even came ask how I am doing. I ended up walking out of the shop and a nail tech was staring at me as if I was doing anything wrong. Such a hard feeling!
