Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change

Don't come here if you want to be treated fairly!

I came in for an oil change for my RAV4 at the 10 minute oil express (just down the street and with same ownership/management as Clean Care). The technician broke my filter cap with his wrench, and then they refused to pay for their mistake! I told them they should pay for the cost of the replacement part and I would still pay for the oil change, but they stuck me with the whole bill. The manager at Clean Care, Matt, was very rude and unprofessional, and was more interested in making excuses for why his employees broke the filter cap rather than just trying to take care of the customer.

Rest assured they will never get my business again, and I would suggest anyone who wants honesty and fairness in a car care center should look somewhere else!!

Grant T whoever put the filter cap on from last oil change should have paid. We used correct tool, turned correct way. It had simply been put on too tight from last oil change. Last 1 to service should have reimbursed you. If it was you , just admit it.
