Very friendly and helpful dealership that understands that just because you have some credit issues, you still expect quality vehicles and service.
Awesome!! Gave us a great car for a great price. The standard cars were gone so they gave us a premium for standard price. Never use any other rental company
On December 16, 2015, my wife and I purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox from this place, we paid cash of more than $8,500.00, and they didn't even have the title to the vehicle. It's now February 12, 2016 and almost 60 calendar days have past since we made the purchase, we STILL DON'T EVEN HAVE A LICENSE TAG, can't drive the vehicle because we're told they can't issue more than 2 temp tags. We're lied to repeatedly by these people. I've never, in my 53 years, ever encountered such genuine lack of interest in customer satisfaction, such genuine incompetence but these folks simply do not give a damn!Their "customer care" rep named Lisa, she talks a good game about wanting to under promise and over deliver but then she wants to pass the buck and lay blame elsewhere but then she wont even return your calls. BUYER BEWARE!!!!, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I'm contacting Ford and filing a complain too. This place is the kind of place that gives car dealers a bad name!!!!!
They actually called us to slam the phone down in our ear! I guess that's the ultimate turn down!! But maybe we can't afford Drive Time/Now with our $3K a month income!! I guess you need more than that!
This man is really easy to work with and has good cars in great condition I will definitely buy from him again he has good trucks.
BUYER BEWARE!!! When buying from this business have the auto overhauled before hand. they will lie and state everything has been done to the auto and in good service. BS!!! Purchased a car from them a few months ago and its been one problem after the next....Promised to "Take care of his customers" but that was a joke!!!
Good purchase from this dealership. Vehicles are in exquisite condition for year model. Prices are more than average , but you are getting a vehicle in top mechanical condition , Battery , belts , all fluids and filters , brakes and most have new tires. The paint and interior are in best condition possible. Many are One Owner with very low miles. Plus you receive a 3 month warranty. You could get one for less money somewhere else , But it will not be in same condition. And you may spend more to fix it up than buy one from him that’s ready to drive anywhere. So it sums up , you get what you pay for. Quality cost more.
Horrible customer service I ever encountered in my life. Never will I buy car from there again.
This company doesn't deserve any stars. They send out private contractors who have bad attitudes, and starts arguments with cooperative people. They also refuse to give copies of repossession papers. Their man also lies about peoples animals biting him. Most repossession companies supply the extra keys to vehicles, but this place conveniently lost the extra set.In all this company is not worth dealing with.
The people I got the pleasure of interacting with, from the counter people to the young man that gave me a ride home were all very pleasant. I got to show the "porter" a little bit of the town he wasn't aware of so that was nice. Car was clean, another persons cd was in the cd player but the car was clean and full of gas and had no obnoxious odors in it. Definitely a non-smoking car which is wonderful for a non smoker! I would like to see unlimited mileage even if it will cost more to rent for a weekend. Being limited to 100 miles per day means that not a lot of driving can be done. I needed the car for a 100 mile each way trip and with getting lost and a little running around getting ready nearly cost me the entire 300 miles. I had to let the car sit most of the weekend in order not to go over the limits. Over all would I rent again? The answer is YES!
