Well, I will keep it short. I've been going to this repair shop for 5 years but this has been the worse service I've ever received. G&R has had my car for 25 days. I was told on yesterday to pick up my car, during the conversation I was told due to the wrong part, that was why it took so long. Why wasn't I told that weeks ago. I called G&R over 12 times, no response. They have caller ID so I had Don call them while I was standing next to him they would answer and say "I'll have Greg call you back" in which he didn't. When Greg did talk to Don he said "We have to track the part, don't know where it is". I have spent over $400 in rental car expense not knowing when the care would be ready or what the status is regarding the car because no one would reach out to me regarding the car. The only time I spoke to Greg was when he wanted me to pick up the car on July 20th, they've had my car since June 26th. Very, very bad customer service. Greg was nasty to me when I picked up the car and brought to his attention the bad customer service he said "Here are your keys, get off my property, I fixed your car" (in front of a customer.) Well my car is not fixed. To bad they didn't test drive my car before they gave it back to me. Power steering pump. Unhappy customer

If I could give less than 1, I would. This business preys on the poor and desperate. They practice predatory lending, with high interest rates and inflated car prices. The cars are not worth what they charge. The owner Bobby should be ashamed of himself. This business needs to be shut down. He does not care about your safety or well-being. DO PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.!!!!! He is a crook who trades cash for trash. He lies about fixing your car, and ignores you when you ask him to honor the warranty and fix your car. I beg you to not waste your time here. Every experience is the same.
Bought a car from them. Had the car for 4 hours and the transmission started leaking. Brought the car back .they said they fixed it. It supposedly was a trans seal.I was reassured the car is driving like a charm. Picked up the car the next day and the car would not go above 50mph. Took it back again. I was told "well I know I have to change the transmission." well that is not what you told me.you said the car was driving perfectly. Just left the car with them. They can sell it to another dummy who deals with them. Deceptive business.
Recently we left our Honda wagon for replacement of engine and transmission mounts. Just a few days after we picked the car up, we found a transmission leak that we had NEVER had before. We took the car back to be checked. After a week or two, they called and said it was ready....an additional $100.00 charge (they had NO intention of standing behind their work), After much discussion, they agreed to waive the charge to complete the job they had already been paid to do. We get the car back home, and find the splash plate under the engine/transmission dragging on the ground. We are afraid to leave the car with them again, because of their sloppy work ethics. I found it does no good to try to speak with the owner (Larry), because he is very seldom available to come to the phone, or return customer's calls.in conclusion, they need never worry about any of me three cars in the future. I will park them and let nature take its course before they would ever touch one again!USE THIS RPAIR(???) SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
Took my children for a family night out. at the Red Lobster on Dogwood Drive in Conyers on 3/04/12 besides the 1 1/2 hr wait that were were told would only be 45 minutes, the food was horrible!! my children who love sea food did not even touch their lobster or shrimp, the so called lobster pizza we had no lobster on it, the salad was a disgrace laden with a thick goopy dressing, I don't even use salad dressing on my salad, the fried calamari came with fried broccoli? seriously who fries broccoli, both my parents were professional cooks and I'm an avid cook, so I know how food is supposed to taste. the food tasted microwave, doused in butter to cover up the obvious lack of freshness, the rice was greasy. Loud noisy atmosphere, I can't believe I paid 141.00 for such horrible food. red lobster has seriously fallen off. disgraceful!!

They failed to put trim back on my 2003 Z71 suburban that was removed to do body work as it was applied at the factory. The worker filled the hole for a bracket that a piece of the trim was riveted to. A bracket was pop riveted to the hole and then the piece of trim was riveted to it. The worker didn't use double face tape either to hold that piece of trim on like the factory did. He didn't use double face tape when putting the plastic trim around the wheel well like was done at the factory. The piece of vinyl trim held on by the bracket and double face tape fell off 3-4 months after the work was done and cost me $50.00 from a junk yard otherwise it would have cost me $180.00 from GM. The franchise and the corporate head quarters denied my request to be paid for that part.
