STORE #2733Rude nasty employee, to pay for my purchase I started to hand her a $50 she do not even look up but says I hope you have something smaller than that. No smile, no I'm sorry but I don't have change. Its noon on a Tuesday afternoon and you do not have any change. Gave her a smaller bill, she did not say thank you have a good day, she just look like she was miserable worker. You know who you are, I hope you read this and change your attitude, because my family and I will not be back.
Everyone seems to be friendly and helpful at this location. I have my prescription filled automatically here. If I forget to pick up my refill there is always a reminder call made to my cell phone. They carry the usual household needs to be found at the local pharmacy and they're located just 10 minutes from my home.
The staff there are wonderful & caring! They handle everything with a smile & a great attitude towards customers! Im so happy to have found this place!
Most important they accept my daughter's insurance. When there was an issue with our company they helped to get to the bottom of the problem. The staff is helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
Extreme racial profiling I head the owner shouting at his employees and black women were being questioned at the door and followed throughout the store
I came in town on business from Baltimore, we were doing some creative photography throughout GA. I am by no means a "yogi', but Taylor made me and my company right at home by showing us a nice variety of simple comfortable stretches and sun salutations to get us warmed up for our busy day and loosen us up from our 9 hr drive. The aura is peaceful, relaxing and fun, & Taylor, the owner, is awesome!
This studio makes you feel right at home with a serene, peaceful, cozy, and intimate environment. You are instantly part of of family. The studio owner, Taylor, is not only a great teacher but an overall great person. If you want to relax and chill out, there's a class for that. If you want to have a challenging sweaty workout, there's a class for that. Whatever you are looking for, it's offered. Every teacher I have experienced is superb, the classes contain creative sequences and wonderful verbal cues. This place has an amazing staff of devoted yogis. I'd highly recommend anyone and everyone, regardless of your level to try it out. You will be met exactly where you are. This studios gives you the opportunity to authentically open your body, mind and spirit. So, come blume into the very best version of yourself. I love this place and myself more and more after every class!
Horrible customer service. Went in to buy supplies for my salon and the girl t- Kelly here was rude as could be. Over chaged me and didn't know how to use the register. She seemed drunk. Wasted an hour there while she called someone to help her use the register.I would definitely never use the place again
I've been to this store twice. My first experience was normal. The male Korean owner was welcoming and friendly. The second time I came, there was a female Korean, I guess his wife, was unpleasant. We were just scrolling the store and looking through the products. We were there for 15 minutes and she started to yell at us to get out if we're not going to buy anything. I have never encountered this situation before. They will lose customers this way with her rude and impatient attitude.
I visited this store to support black business. The owner talked me in to buying the wrong product. I returned 5 minutes later she agreed to refund my money. We had talked for a long time about business and traveling. Out of the goodness of my heart and to support the business I told her I would come back and buy jewelry. I couldn't make it back that day but she had assured me there would be no problem. When I returned a week later she refused to refund my money. When I spoke up for myself she and her husband berated me and told me to take my business to the Koreans. It was not about the $20 but the dishonesty and sense of entitlement. I am very conscious of supporting small and black owned businesses. They give both a bad name.
