The Tax Shelter

THE WORST business professional I have ever encountered. Contacted them in May to do an amended tax return and they never returned calls or emails and now here I am in October and in trouble with IRS. THE WORST! AVOID!

I would not recommend this business. I went to The Tax Shelter last year after having issues with an accounting firm. The owner reviewed my taxes from the previous year. He them told me this would not be an issue. Well today I receive an e-mail NOT a call which would be the professional thing to do telling me they could not do my taxes because they did not tie together. Not mind you I explain to him at the time I ONLY enter in invoices into QB I do not reconcile that's what I have paid for many years. ( not a book keeper). In essence they want you to do the work and file the taxes. Very poor customer service and lack professionalism... Its 2/10/15 and Corporate taxes are du 3/15.. However he's had my returns since last year to review..
