I wouldn't shop here again. Everything went great until I got to sign the final contract and I saw how much I was borrowing. Almost $11,000 for a Motorcycle that costs 5600 dollars. That's almost double the price in dealer fees and their maintenance/warranty fees. What's the freaking point in buying Maintenance and Warranty if I can just buy 2 motorcycles for the same money? The worst part is that every time I tried to negotiate down, they only wanted to take off a few hundred dollars. All of that was just what I was borrowing before interest.

Don't believe them if they tell you that they have a certain vehicle. I called about a posting 3 days prior. I talked to a salesman a total of 4 times. He told me they have the 2016 motorcycle right there and he even said that he was "looking at it right now." When I got there they didn't have it. They had a slightly more expensive 2017 version that they didn't want to offer for the same money. I drove an hour and wasted another 5 hours haggling.

After so many hours wasted, I felt cheated and disappointed at the management who refused to cooperate in an absurd situation. If you do decide to shop here, I hope you have a different experience, but pay attention to the final price. NO ONE should pay for dealer services/fees that cost as much as a SECOND vehicle you're buying (before interest.) That is outrageous.

Bought an ATV here 3 days ago. After I agreed to the base price with just tax, tag, and shipping, I was given two cards and told to tour the facility to meet the employees and receive three more cards for a chance at a prize. So you tour the parts dept, maintenance, and finally finance. SO with one card left to see if I won anything they ask to complete the paperwork and still keep your cards hidden. This is a perfect distraction method you have to give it to them. I signed those papers as fast as they threw them at me no explaining necessary. After test driving the vehicle, i read over the contract once more to make sure i didn't miss anything. I caught that they charged 3 thousand for a GPS security alarm, and 2300 for an extended warranty that i was not made clear off. So before i left the lot at all, i went back in to adjust the paperwork but by that time they were all saying gotcha. Stay away from this place unless you are going to look at an ATV or bike for reference only

My husband purchased a bike from Mountain Motorsports (MM) on September 18th, Trey was our salesman. He ordered parts that were required for the bike on that same day. The parts arrived within a reasonable time, but some were missing. He called MM on September 29th to discuss the missing parts, talked to a different salesman, as Trey was out of office, and he was advised that he'd check on the parts and call him right back. Two days later (October 1st) he called back, talked to the same person, who advised him that Trey was on the other line and he could hold on for him, and after several minutes he told my husband he'd have to have Trey call him right back. Waited over an hour, no call, so my husband called back and Trey was too busy to come to the phone, so he asked to speak to someone in the service department. After being transferred and advising the gentleman on the phone why he was calling, he was put on hold while he went to talk to Trey, he came back and said that Trey was busy and he'd have him call my husband when he finished what he was doing. Waited until Saturday October 3rd, and called again, asked for a manager this time and got to talk to Brent (who identified himself as the Service Manager), who apologized for everything and said he'd investigate and call back within 15 minutes. About 45 minutes later (after they closed) Trey called, he said he'd been very busy, but he'd call my husband back before noon on Monday to straighten this out. On Thursday October 8th, my husband called MM to find out about the parts (as Trey had not called him back as he had told him he would), and was advised again that Trey was very busy and would call back, to which he replied that he'd hold as Trey doesn't call back when he says he will. Was put on hold, and the receptionist came back and asked if he was Mr ____ and he said yes, and she said that Trey told her that the parts had been ordered and did he still need him to call my husband back? My husband replied 'No, I'll wait for the parts.'

My husband called MM on 10/26 to ask them where the parts are, as he hadn't received them yet. My husband talked to someone in the parts department who said that she couldn't find any information on the parts and would have to put him on hold while she investigated. Another lady came on (whose name my husband didn't catch) and she advised him quite confidently that the parts had been delivered to him on 9/28. My husband asked if she was sure and she stated that she was positive and had the paperwork in her hand showing that the parts had been delivered. My husband asked her how it is possible for parts to be delivered on 9/28 when they were supposed to have been ordered in the beginning of October? She put him on hold, came back and advised that they were ordered and would be delivered either that day or the next.

10/29 - Received the parts via FedEx, with a ship date of 10/27 on the package - seems it was actually not shipped until my husband called their office to discuss the fact that he had yet to receive them. The parts themselves were not very expensive or deal breaking, but the run around given to my husband by MM to get these small parts was ridiculous!! Not only was the run around for the parts ridiculous, but he received a form letter from a manager at MM, but the name and department of the manager was left blank. My husband was congratulated on the purchase of his ____. They didn't even bother to fill in what he had actually purchased, it was left blank. They didn't even offer him the common courtesy of a completed form letter!

The form letter was to tell my husband that his first service was coming up and he was to call and schedule it, but he didn't purchase the service contract with them.

Neither of us will ever do business with this company again and we most certainly will never recommend them to anyone we know.

So so experience with them. When you can get someone on the phone, they are very nice, but of the 10+ times they said they would call me back, only one has. Bought an ATV from them and ordered a part for it at that the time of purchase and it has been a month and still no part. They originally sent the wrong one, then sent the correct one to wrong address. Still waiting on it. Trying to get this resolved while no one returning calls. Difficult and frustrating. Even during the sales process, difficult to get them to return calls.

Motorsports. So if you move your screwed. Then by the way if you purchase the extended warranty you have to do all the maintenance yourself unless you want to pay each time to bring it to another dealer. Then keep all the receipts. Buyer beware

Best place to buy

Ask for Rick, he will treat you well while he provides fast, friendly and professional service. When I buy again I will definitely buy here. I drove three hours to get my deal and great service at the same time. I got exactly what I asked for when I asked for it. If you do not buy from Rick you are making a mistake!

My experience at Mountain Motorsports was great! I got the best deal on a brand new set of tires for my Suzuki. I was hesitant at first because I had to split payment and make the purchase over the phone. Shannon in parts was awesome, it was a very simple and enjoyable process. I will definitely be a returning customer. Also for anything your bike needs see Shannon in parts.


Shannon was extremely helpful. very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure i had all the parts I needed. I wont go anywhere else or to anyone else for parts from now on.

Go see Sharon in parts. I always go here instead of anywhere else because she knows where everything is, what works, and when it will come in if they dont have it. They also always have the best prices in town. Sharon is the best!!
