We offer over 60 Group Fitness Classes per week including Zumba, Studio Indoor Cycling and Yoga along with Private Swimming Instruction, Pool Parties, Private Personal Training, and each new member receives one complimentary Training Session/ Evaluation to help answer your questions. Our beautiful heated Pool is complemented with 2 Jacuzzi's, and private steam and sauna in each locker room. For a complete experience in health and relaxation, we also offer massages.
