I live out of town but when I visit, I always use this company. My last experience with them was HORRIBLE and I WILL NOT RETURN! I had to pick my dog up out side of business hours due to an emergency because if I had left him then I would have had to drive back 3 hours just to pick him up. The young lady in the picture had the WORST customer service. I had to ask for a manager after she had already agreed to letting me have my dog, took my money then yelled at me saying how she cant let me have my dog anymore until they open 2 hours from that moment. She lied about not being able to contact the manager then finally called him telling him I was being rude and disrespectful which I was not but I could not understand for the death of me why she could not give me my dog after she had already taken my money for the stay. But what really made me upset was when the manager didn't even ask me what the issue was but took his employees word and immediately started his conversation off with me saying "If you continue to be rude with my employees then there will be a problem". I had to explain to him the issue for him to even calm down. After even explaining to the manager the issue he continued to say how "emergencies" take away from his company and he has to pay overtime for his employees but I was thinking what if customers really do have an emergencies? Not every customer is lying. Anyway I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS COMPANY! You all are more than welcomed to do business with them if you plan on receiving unprofessional customer service! God forbid any emergencies arise! And this time my dog returned with diarrhea and vomiting for two days!

When we drive up to Camp Paradise to drop our two dogs off for a vacation, they jump out of the car. They LOVE to stay over night or a week or two.
They come home tired from playing with the other ""Campers"". And they are all clean after a nice bath...

Well. I picked up my babies (MiMI and CoCo) They were happy to see me as I was to see them. They lost a little weight only becuase this was their 1st time there and it was for 5 days therefore it was an adjustment period and they feed them twice per day. I was advised they both did very well together in their pods. MiMi had a little redness under her neck from pulling on the leash but nothing major. I would recommend the bath treatement available for a few extra bucks! LOL! I observed as one of the kennel workers let the dogs out for their morning potty, he cleans thier POD and rinse right outsife thier POD area. Then once the doggie has finished thier business they are put back in their Kennel and the next Kennel is opened to repeat the same. Overall I was satisfied and will definetly use this service again. I highly recommend thier servcies for pet sitting.

I was unasy at first about leaving my Lab, Berry at a kennl while we were out of town. He is of course part of our family! As soon as we walked through the door we were greated by smiling faces. They offered a tour of the kennel. It was very clean and organized. I could tell this was the place for Berry. They gave us great customer service and I have been taking my pets there for 3 years. Oh and did I mention great rates! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my pets. I would recommend them to anyone!

we have brought our dogs to camp paradise for years. we looked all over the atlanta area, and never looked back once we found camp paradise. our dogs get excited when we drop them off, so we know that our ""kids"" are well taken care of. the staff is very friendly and flexible if we have to extend the dogs' stay.

During football season, I often go back home for the weekends. So when I can't take Peanut with me, I board her at Camp Paradise. Although I cannot personally verify how much play time she gets, I'm pretty sure she enjoyrs herself.
She always come out wagging her tail and never has a kennell smell to her. Plus, the employees know her by name and know her personality, which to me tells they do interact with the dogs a good bit.
The runs are huge, indoor/outdoor, and air-conditioned. For $15/night, this is the best deal around the Atlanta area.
