Very poor service I bought a Kolcraft jogging stroller. They seat popped out and my baby flipped out of the seat backward. My baby could have been hurt very badly, but luckly he wasn't . I called Kolcraft and they wanted to charge me $20 dollars for a new seat on a defected stroller that needs a recall done on it. The stroller was only a month old. I bought it on 3/3/08 and my child fell out on 4/6/08 and I called Kolcraft about the stroller first on 4/7/08 and they did nothing and wanted to charge me $20 dollars for a new seat on there defected item. and so I called Burlington coat factory on 4/8/08 about the stroller and I was able to return it but because it was5 days past the month of the date of purchase I was only able to get the sales price and I had the receipt I paid $79.99 and only got $59.99 on the return on the stroller and I wasn't able to return it for the same priced item so I lose $20 dollars and the had to spend $20 dollars more to get another jogging stroller for my child. I will not be back there to shop for anything and I don't recommend anyone else to either. They will get you for everything they can.

the store needs more cashiers and employees to assist you. the fitting rooms are disgraceful. They are unkept and not hygenic. The prices are good.
