Better Plumbing Services

My main sewer pipe was clogged and backing up into my house on a Friday afternoon. I was trying to leave town to go on a cruise with friends. My kids live with me so I had to get this taken care of before I could leave to catch my flight. I called Better Plumbing Services and Jordan got someone out to my house within 45 minutes. so I made my flight and all is good. Thank you to Jordan and Rick for helping on such short notice. I will spread the word about yall and you will ALWAYS be my plumber.

I'm not sure where to write about the GREAT service I received from Rick (and company) over the last weekend! We are military and do not live in Georgia anymore and our rental home had a septic tank problem the weekend before. Well, Friday night I got another call from the renters letting me know the septic tank had backed up AGAIN! I called the septic company (total 1800.00 rip off) and they said it was a plumbing issue. I called Better Plumbing Services and explained as best as I could to Rick the problem... Although it was late Friday night, Rick went to the house, dug a GIANT hole, narrowly missing the rainstorm, relieved the pressure for my renters and called me! Although he suspected it was a septic problem that they should have fixed, he got them "ok" for the weekend... They then went back on Monday and completely fixed the problem for me and didn't charge me an arm, a leg, and my first born!!! Thank you so much! I will post this everywhere to let people know what quick, professional, and courteous service I received!!! Thank you SO much!

I called for service due to a leak in a pipe in the wall. The technician came out, cut a hole in the wall 5 feet off the floor and told me the leak wasn't in the wall it was under the slab. He provided a quote of $2,400 and recommended a Leak Detection Co. This was all on the Friday of Easter Weekend. So needless to say, nothing was done for the entire weekend which just meant more damage to the hardwood floors, an increasing water bill and the inconvenience of turning the main water line off and on. The Leak Detection came on Monday and I had to pay $300.00 for a leak that was in the wall all along. Had the technician done his due diligence and cut a hole in the bottom of the wall he would have found the leak and repaired it with minimal time, money and effort. The owner of the company would not discuss this directly with me. Instead he communicated via his dispatcher as he was standing along side her. After all this, the owner wanted to charge me another $120.00 per hour to come back out and do the repair that could have easily been found and repaired the Friday before Easter.
