I visited Nissan Conyers on May 6. Before I could describe what I was looking for, the sales rep. stated she didn’t like to waste her customer’s time and she didn’t like to have her time wasted. This was the beginning of her spiel about credit and how I shouldn’t worry because she would help me out. FYI: I didn’t ask about credit. I have fairly good credit.Once in her office, she asked for my info to run a credit report. I told her I wanted to talk about their inventory first. She stated, they (Nissan Conyers) preferred to pull the customer’s info before going through that. They did this to avoid showing customers cars they weren’t approved for. Reluctantly I agreed. But before I signed the form, I verified that they would only run it once and through one establishment. I didn’t want numerous hits on my credit. She assured me, unlike other dealerships, they only run your credit once through their Nissan bank.After running my credit, she pulled a used car with all the bells and whistles. Only after I declined the car did she ask me what I was looking for. She then pulled a car I liked. When we got back to her office, she laid out that car’s numbers. However, it seemed whenever I asked her a question she had to call a coworker for answers. Throughout this interaction, I declined several times and each time they lowered the monthly payment. Eventually I thanked them for their time and left.Later I noticed 3 auto loan inquiries on my credit report: Conyers Nissan, NMAC, and Suntrust Auto Dealer. I immediately called the dealership. The guy I spoke to acknowledged my credit had been run several times. He then listed a name I hadn’t yet seen on my credit report. He told me he would relay my concerns and information to the representative I worked with and the manager on duty that day. I haven’t heard from anyone.
I wouldn't shop here again. Everything went great until I got to sign the final contract and I saw how much I was borrowing. Almost $11,000 for a Motorcycle that costs 5600 dollars. That's almost double the price in dealer fees and their maintenance/warranty fees. What's the freaking point in buying Maintenance and Warranty if I can just buy 2 motorcycles for the same money? The worst part is that every time I tried to negotiate down, they only wanted to take off a few hundred dollars. All of that was just what I was borrowing before interest. Don't believe them if they tell you that they have a certain vehicle. I called about a posting 3 days prior. I talked to a salesman a total of 4 times. He told me they have the 2016 motorcycle right there and he even said that he was "looking at it right now." When I got there they didn't have it. They had a slightly more expensive 2017 version that they didn't want to offer for the same money. I drove an hour and wasted another 5 hours haggling.After so many hours wasted, I felt cheated and disappointed at the management who refused to cooperate in an absurd situation. If you do decide to shop here, I hope you have a different experience, but pay attention to the final price. NO ONE should pay for dealer services/fees that cost as much as a SECOND vehicle you're buying (before interest.) That is outrageous.
Before I went to the dealership, I did not read the reviews... However, I beg to differ !!! I had been to a couple other dealerships and either they wanted to charge me high car payments or I didn't make enough... I was so frustrated, and almost gave up hope, until I ran into this place... I got a 310.00 car payment for only 2yrs... I didn't have the whole down payment and they let me pay the balance 2 weeks later... I love my Ford Focus... get your own experience!!!
Bought an ATV here 3 days ago. After I agreed to the base price with just tax, tag, and shipping, I was given two cards and told to tour the facility to meet the employees and receive three more cards for a chance at a prize. So you tour the parts dept, maintenance, and finally finance. SO with one card left to see if I won anything they ask to complete the paperwork and still keep your cards hidden. This is a perfect distraction method you have to give it to them. I signed those papers as fast as they threw them at me no explaining necessary. After test driving the vehicle, i read over the contract once more to make sure i didn't miss anything. I caught that they charged 3 thousand for a GPS security alarm, and 2300 for an extended warranty that i was not made clear off. So before i left the lot at all, i went back in to adjust the paperwork but by that time they were all saying gotcha. Stay away from this place unless you are going to look at an ATV or bike for reference only
I had been having issues with my boat for 2 years and had spent countless hours and a couple thousand dollars trying to figure it out to no avail. This was my last ditch effort to get it fixed or sell my beloved boat. Well thanks to B&B she runs good as new and I can't thank you guys enough. This is my second boat repaired by B& B and both times they were done correctly the first time . Thanks again
Got a car for 1wk and it borke down. They didnt even wanna switch me to another car. Thregthen to call the cops if i didnt leave their property. So i got ripped off for 500 bucks. Stay away from this place. Runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.0
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING MY VEHICLE!! JAMIE/ERIC PLAY NICE BUT THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. IVE HAD MY CAR FOR NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS YET AND IVE HAD TO REPLACE A LARGE LEAK, 3RD CYLINDER HAD A MISFIRE, EGR SENSOR AND VALVE WENT OUT AND NOW THE TRANSMISSION. IM A COLLEGE STUDENT AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF WITHOUT CARING AT ALL. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!
Warning pls run from these rip offs I went to them on DEC 24 2015 paid 500 down for a 05 Buick rendezvous after insuring the vehicle I goes across the street to the gas station and her comes Jamie walking in he then tells me " I put like 11 dollars in ur gas tank but the fuel gauge is broken so u have to keep checking it, but bring it back after Christmas we will fix it " well not even 15 mins later the car stalled out on 20 w come to find out fuel pump bad and electrical problems, then they give me another car Jamie says oh this car runs good a lady was just using it as a loaner it was suppose to be a 05 Pontiac vibe called my insurance agency they said it was a 02 so by this time I knew something not right so I'm like I want my money back they say oh its non refundable can't give ur money back now when I tell u he had to literally walk around the entire lot with a jump box to start every vehicle I mean it long story short I took the car not even 2 hrs later it started making a loud noise then it stalled out so now I have used my roadside assistance 2 with 2 different vehicles so I called told Jamie what is wrong with the car he ask me as if I making it up why would it break down he then got it towed to the lot now we are well into wk 3 remind u the loan company will be looking for a payment soon and all Jamie can say is the mechanic looked at ur car but he is waiting on a back order from auto zone I said what is wrong with the car Jamie then states oh I don't know we need the check engine light reader from auto zone to be able to read the code I said wft look Jamie I need my money back he said that's. Above my paygrade let me ask the owner call back in a half an hour I called back for him to say no the owner won't give ur money back but once we look at the other cars ur car is like 4th in line we will get it taken care of long story short I have been dealing with these low life's since Dec 24th and the SAd part is I'm still walking and using Marta transit I should have applied that down payment to my Marta card. So heed my warning they only need u to pay their lot rent and bills
I purchased and financed a vehicle here. The process was easy and when I had a minor problem with my car they fixed it immediatley. Nice folks!
