Horrible customer service! I have ordered from this restaurant twice with bad service each time. There will not be a 3rd time! The pizza was over an hour and 1/2 late. It arrived an hour after I received the text saying out for delivery. When I called the manager to complain she hung up on me! I called back and the girl that answered stated she didn't know the manager's name. The first time I ordered here they cancelled my order and didn't even tell me. Why does Pizza Hut's corporate office not fix this location? The reviews are horrible and the truth!
I know it's New Year's Eve. And just about everyone has given up on the idea of cooking one last meal for 2016...including myself. Actually I did plan to cook but made it to the store I intended to shop at after it closed. So the next best thing was to get take out pizza and Marco's was around the corner. Worst idea ever. After placing my order I waited nearly an hour only to have part of my order ready when I addressed management. Apparently filling half orders were the thing for the night because the bevy of people waiting only had partial orders filled. What's really going on? Even though I received a refund on my unfulfilled pizza I doubt I'd return.The pizza doesn't warrant the wait.
Great place, has fantastic BBQ. Staff was polite and eager to serve. Atmosphere real homey. Family style seating. Also the gift options are a nice touch.
Let me start out by saying that I am normally a Happy Papa John's customer. I was drawn to Pizza Huts to try their STUFFED Garlic Pizza Knots. Only half of the Knots had the slightest amount of cheese in them. Half were stuffed with AIR. Plus, I had to look extremely close to find ANY CHEESE on the main part of the pizza. What a waste of $13. Here I came Papa!!!!Do not try Pizza Huts Knots unless you hate money and hate cheese (but love air in your knots). Why do I have to give them one star?
Poor service period. It shouldn't take no damn two hours to deliver 2 pizzas. The minute you call no matter how early or late they sound bothered that someone's ordering delivery and they say it'll be nest to pick up if you can. Tf?
This is thee 3rd time I've ordered from 425 sigman Rd. Conyers ga.My order was 2hrs late and when I called back to verify the driver was in route they said she was a few minutes away. 30 minutes later no driver arrived with my order so I called back. They said the driver knocked on the door and called 3 times so they cancelled thee order. Which is false because we were sitting on the porch waiting on a pizza hut driver to pull up. This store does bad business
I always like the pizzas here but this last time it was awful...mostly crust and you couldn't cut it,it was so hard...I will never eat there again.
The food was quite Delicious! We had a burger combo. The dressing on the salad pleased my taste buds, my daughter loved her burger so much that after she was done she wanted mine! The sauce on the wings was tasty too. Will be a regular staple.
This review is more about the delivery from this location rather than the food....I typically am not one to complain but the past 3 times I have ordered delivery from this location I have had issues.....it is now 9:10 and I ordered pizza at 7:30 that was said to be here by 8:15.....I called the store to check on my order and was placed on hold for close to 5 mins before calling back....I was then told my pizza was on its way. I expressed my concern about how long how it had been and all I got was a ...."yea"....well I had paid online or else I would just cancel this order. The last two times they didn't bring everything I ordered (dessert cookie one time and boneless wings & drink another time)....while I enjoy Pizza Hut at this point I am leaning strongly towards Papa Jihns or Dominos which are both conviently located across the street from PHut....the loner we sit and wait the more disappointed we become....heck I could have had the competitor deliver already....very disappointed customer.
