I wouldn’t even give this doctor/ office 1 star. Worst experience I have ever had in my life. The most unprofessional doctor and office management I have ever experienced. You Can never speak to a human. When you Leave a message it takes forever for them to call you back. They closed early one day I had an appointment , for the snow in early January 2018 & never called me to let me know. Never got a text, call or email. I called there several times during the day to see if they are open and, of course no human, but no message that they were closing early. I went to the office & found a note on the door that they were closed. When they call with results from an X-ray or test taken, they have the receptionist call you, and then you can’t ask questions. When I finally got in for my appointment, Dr James Floyd walked in the exam room & reeked of cigarette smoke which make me nauseous. Crap, I can keep going, but I’m getting agrivated just typing this. Wouldn’t recomend this doctor if he was the last doctor on earth.
