Dart Automotive is AWESOME!! My daughter moved down from Richmond, VA to go to school at Coastal (GO CHANTICLEERS!). I work at a repair shop in Richmond and I was apprehensive about her taking her car to a big box chain shop. Michelle and Jennifer were amazing to work with. Their prices are fair, and they treated my daughter with courtesy and respect. They even were patient with me when I questioned how they determined the problems with her car, and where they sourced their parts. Since I'm 5 and half hours away, I can't just drop everything and run if my baby girl has a car issue. Thankfully, the awesome people at Dart have our backs!! Thank you Dart management and staff. Keep up the good work!!

The ladies in the office were great. They got our car in fast and the technicians were spot on with getting it fixed quickly and properly. We definitely found a new shop to get all of our auto work done at. Thank you

My Daughter goes to Coastal Carolina University and we are located in Maryland, I called and spoke with Rick the owner an explained that I had open heart surgery and I needed someone to take care of Repairing my Daughters Car so she can come home for Christmas Break. I explained that her car would shut off when you turn the heater on and asked if he would take care of us and told him that I was short on funds for being out of work because of my Surgery. He reassured me that he would.
Well when I called to find out about the car his girl there told me that the car had a cracked radiator, her brakes needed to be replaced and that water pump and Timing belt needed to be replaced and the bill would be $2400.00. So I asked How about the the problem we took car in for? She they would call me back. Mind you that my daughter drove the car over 100 miles and it wasn't over heating or leaking anything when she drove back from her meeting. Anyway do NOT take your Vehicle there. Oh after all that it cost me $65.00 and nothing was repaired. This place is Terrible!!!!

This is a rip off garage.We have delt with them on 2 occasion and both time was quoted outrageous cost to repair the vehicle. This is our child's car who is a student in Conway. On both occasion we choose not to use there services to repair the car. We were then lied to and told they would take care of a issue that happened on their property. The owner is rude and talked very ugly to me when I questions the vehicle damage that had occurred after vehicle was towed to their garage! Save your $ and don't deal with dishonest people ! Its worth paying a little more for excellent work and honest people! Its sad there are real mean people in the world who will rob you blind anyway they can !

My car broke down on the way home from a school trip I was chaperoning. AAA said that I may not be able to get it fixed until the next day because most auto shops would be closing. We were four hours from home. I called Dart Automotive and asked them to stay open until the tow truck could get my vehicle there. They stayed open over an hour after closing time just waiting on us. They were very friendly and efficient. They also have a very nice waiting area. I would highly reccomend!
