Charleen Johnson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was with this company for years. I moved out of my parents house but it was suggested by management that I not change my mailing address to receive a small discount. My vehicle was having transmission trouble and the company told me about a free towing service I was paying for that I could use. I used it three times in 3yrs. My cousin and aunt,( who live with my mom) also were informed by the Charlene Johnson agency of this service because they also had full coverage. Over the course of 4yrs the three of us (unknowingly) used this service nine times. We were then informed that our (Household) was risky because we used the service too much so they decided not to renew any of our individual policies. They sent copies of each of our driving records to all members of this household even though I told them I did not live there several times and I was never informed that our driving responsibilities were being shared. Also I was informed that I had never been receiving the multicar discount I was promised! I feel management got me into the situation by making suggestions of service and not informing me of the risks . Also my personal info was sent to several of my family members that I don't even speak to. None of us were on the same policy and all of us pay our own bill separately.
