We arrived a few minutes before close and the gentleman that helped our family was so patient with us. He went above and beyond staying late for us to complete our transaction and never even once acted as if we were an inconvenience. He thoroughly answered every question we had so that we could all pick out the perfect devices and we got in on that 5 lines for $100/month deal with FREE HULU! I am more than happy to be a Sprint customer and if you'd like to see why....go to the Conway Sprint store and tell them Tiffany Barr sent you! (seriously, PLEASE TELL them my name so i can get a $50 credit. then you can do the same when you turn your friends on to the deal)

I was shocked that a sales rep would have such an attitude without being provoked. This shows the downward spiral of AT&T. They used to have the best customer service and now they are one of the worst! Avoid this store unless you want to be treated like garbage.
Be VERY careful in choosing this company. Of course, most of the major nationwide providers have you enter into contract, but they actually provide service. But not AT&T. Service has recently degraded to a point that it doesn't work where I live, but AT&T refuses to release me from contract, and they have been "fixing" it for months. They have admitted to me that it could be up to a couple years before it is fixed, and that is supposed to make it all right. Not that they're going to suspend my bill until then.
