There cheap on there medications And friendly staff on site your wait time is short, no matter how many prescriptions you do have, your never in the back of the line so shop at sav-on-drugs in conway!!!!����
Employees get to know you by name and work hard to resolve any and all problems if possible. Very friendly!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Are willing to take the extra time to explain the drugs usage an any and all side effects to you.
I have never seen such an unorganized black Friday event. The store was taped off in a way that caused more than expected chaos. Trapping customers and risking safety. The black friday items particularly the video games and dvds were staged in a way that customers were at great risk of being trampled and crushed in between the meats and frozen mid section. I was very uneasy about it but thankful all the customers saw the risk and were cautious of each other. It was very difficult to exit the store as everything was taped off. Employees were not giving direction or postioned to help customers. There were only a few check out lanes open with hour+ long wait times. When i did finally see a group of mangers they were in a huddle laughing about customer issues by the auto department. Did not see any management direction to employees from the time I arrived 5:30pm until the time i deparyed 9pm on Thursday. I shopped JCP before Walmart and i tell you I will never shop another black friday event at Walmart. This store needs training and Walmart needs to hire more holiday staff!
I have used this pharmacy for a few years. I have had multiple problems with this location. Every single time I drop a prescription off, opposed to the doctor calling it in, they lose the prescription. One time I was told it would take 30 mins. I left to run other errands, came back 3 hours later and it still wasn't filled. They had misplaced the prescription and it was never filled. This has happened the past 3 times I dropped a pres off. When my doctor faxes them in, they supposedly never receive it. I have to call back and forth between my dr and the pharmacy 2 or 3 times to get it filled. This happens with ALL of my doctors, not just one particular office. So that tells me it is walgreens that is having issues receiving the prescription. Most of the staff are very rude. They act like they are mad that you came to pick up a prescription and they actually have to work. My family is in the process of changing pharmacies. I've stayed with them hoping for a change, but same bad service.
Harassed me until I let them direct bill my insurance and ship my order every month. Once I let them, they started shipping me an inferior replacement but continued billing my insurance for the higher priced prescription! They also shipped me the wrong prescription TWICE! I turned them into my insurance company and several other groups that hopefully pay attention to insurance FRAUD. I hate a thief!!!
Worst customer service I have ever received the mng jennifer rodgers checked me out and refused to except my gift card and would not return my cash even tried to hide my Purchases at her feet when I left I was using a walmart gift card and she said it was too late in the check out to use it I will never go there again
