I have a hard time getting the right fit for my vision at other eye places. I moved back to Arkansas and Made an appointment with Vision Care. The doctor spent a great deal of time making sure I had the best contacts. I had to come back but was so glad I was able to wear the contacts for a week. I realized I needed a stronger contact in my right eye. He tweaked it and from there my vision was perfect. I appreciate the time and care they took with me so that I could see up close and far away. I would highly recommend this place for your vision needs.
I wish they had a little more to choose from but for the size of the operation it is pretty good and the girl that helped me was really nice and helpful. I couldn't see anything because my eyes were dilated and she put up with me asking her how much 10 different pairs of glasses were.
I just wanted to say I had the best experience getting my glasses! Aimee Reeves is the manager. She spent time with me helping me to get the right frames. My lenses were just right when I tried them on. I will definitely be back.
Very friendly staff. My husband and I will continue to have our annual eye exams here. We really like Dr Seelinger !

While I preferred one doctor over the others I found all of the Dr's to be very professional. One the other hand I had problems with the people that handle selling and fitting the eye glasses. Changing the fitting for the part that sits on you nose AFTER the glasses are made just does not work with bifocals. Uneven bifocal lines seems to be normal for them. The office manager telling me one thing and then not seeing it thru was common. Very unhappy with those ladies.
The office manager was very rude when she called me about a situation at another office. Instead of helping fix the problem she told me I needed to go somewhere else. Very rude. Dr's are wonderful. It's ashame they have rude staff.
I love this doctor's office! I see Dr. Ford and he's great. I love the staff, they're always friendly and helpful.
My overall experience with VisionCare was bad! Over more than 2 months I was back & forth to their office multiple times for 1 pair of glasses and they never got it right! They were rude and eventually said "Just leave & take the glasses" [that I can't see with]. I explained that they are blurry and the lens manager said "No they're not" when I'm the one that has to wear them. I can't see with them on! Then he said he was paid for the service and wouldn't refund Medicaid even though he didn't provide the service Medicaid paid for [glasses I can see with]. I'm sure the powers that be at Medicaid will like to know they are being frauded. I can't believe how rude the Visioncare employees were. I'm a retired business owner and there's no way any of my customers would have ever been treated that way. Visioncare should be embarrassed and ashamed!
