I wish they had a little more to choose from but for the size of the operation it is pretty good and the girl that helped me was really nice and helpful. I couldn't see anything because my eyes were dilated and she put up with me asking her how much 10 different pairs of glasses were.

most awful customer service will not work with patient said my insurance would cover my appointment before i even made an appointment i checked with them to make sure and was told it would be covered and now they say i owe them for the visit. Dr cox was very friendly and informed you of what was going on but her employees are not the greatest. i went to them because a friend said they were great. i will not be returning due to them charging me although they said insurance would cover appointment
absolutely the worst attitude people. cant believe people like that have a jobs dealing with people. I had to walk out there is no way I would give them my business.
The first time we went here they were some of the most rude people i've ever met. They acted like they were to good to help us, even though they get paid too. They took forever to get to us and our order wasn't even on time. Then, we went to walmart to get a few things and one of those was contact solution, but their remodeling and we couldnt find it so we went there to see if they knew where we could get it. The lady up front in the eyeglass part made me want to give a her a very large portion of my mind, but instead I decided to hold my tongue and write this negative review and tell everyone I know not to go there. My husband walked up to her after she had turned the lights on for another customer, but she was closing off the ropes. He said ma'am, and her horrible response was, "there are certain things that i can talk about right now, and certain things that i can't. So he said, well i just have one question, do you know where i can find the contact solution?" And she said "Go ask the pharmicist." We will never use them again. Ever. Ever. I'd rather pay a little more just for good service.
