I purchased a toyota camry 7/5/16. I haved tried contacting my sales person, Mr. YOUNGBLOOD a number of times and he never returned my call. The finance department added extra fees to my car to increase the price of my vehicle thats not required by the state. I will never go back there. All I needed was a second key to my vehicle or info on whether I need to purchase one. They have poor customer service and their automated operator system is a joke. I read a number of negative comments but thought it was a misunderstanding until it happened to me. If they had negative stars they would get plenty. They will never get anymore of my business. My problem still hasn't been resolved. James D.
My husband found a Challenger he wanted on their website and spoke to a salesman names Tyler. Tyler had the deal finalized within minutes and my husband was on his way down the following day to pick up the vehicle. Did I mention we live about 9 hours from Conway. Tyler was very friendly and courteous. He made sure to do everything he could to make this purchase easy. Superior Dodge has great hospitality and awesome employees. We would recommend them any day! Bought a New Car absolutely outstanding Sales Department as well as Finance Department . This is the second Vehicle we have bought from them.Great people whom care.Henry Holden was my salesman he actually Listened and guided the whole process with ease. If there was a negative star I would have chosen it. First of all they lowballed me on my trade, their offer was $3,500 lower than the lowest nada value, I ended getting $7000 more at another dealership, 2nd the saleman told me that my payments I wanted, were ridiculous and I was and idiot and the other dealers had lied to me, well bought a brandnew truck today with the exact payment I wanted, 3rd reason this gem of a salesman wanted me to call him and show up and fight, beacuse I had called him a idiot after their trade appraisal, when I didn't show I got told, in a email from there dealership, "thats what I thought big talk and no nuts." Do yourself and your wallet a favor,.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, they could care less about customers!
After less than 30 days, my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport, starts to literally fall apart. Instead of providing me with a rental for a few days while they fix my extremely shoddy vehicle, they actually neglect to return TWO of my phone calls. I can not tell you how horribly stunned I am to be treated like this. It should not be possible to treat people like this and still be in business.

If they had a negative star rating I would use it. Very poor service, can't prove it but felt like I was not getting the truth. I wanted to look at to vehicles Melissa kept trying to push one on me said she knew nothing about the other one and even made derogatory. Remarks about it. Would never go back.
