Will never use them again. Too many employees who obviously are not interested in helping the customers.
I had a good experience. The car I reserved was not available. I was told that the cars on the lot needed oil changes. I instead got a Nissan Versa. It was reasonably comfortable and fuel efficient. The climate control and radio were more than adequate. I got excellent customer service when I picked up the car and when I was driven home. I rent with Enterprise whenever I travel.
I came in here from an auto accident and they were extremely particular about every piece of information needed. The front desk attendant(Eric) was very impersonal and after having some issues with not taking my identification he checked with his supervisor to whether it was an acceptable form of identification. After being declined I asked him if another form of identification would be acceptable and he informed me with his supervisor 10 feet away that she would say the same thing after politely being asked to check with her. I had to press him nicely to ask her. The supervisor was congenial enough to explain to me the situation after she made the initial effort.Hours later I came back with the required information and the supervisor looked to be out for the day. I had troubles finding my credit card and tried to use a relatives(that had been in there hours before). The same front desk attendant looked at my credit card and started smirking and explained to me that he wouldn't take anything with my name. I returned with a credit card with my name on it and slid it on the counter. The front attendant smirked to his coworker next to him.Minutes later after filing out the paperwork as I was in the mood to just do the inspection and drive off he confronted me in a very close manner asking me if "He had upset or insulted me?" At this point I felt like he was baiting me and told him to do the inspection, give me his name and the corporate number, and hand me the keys. He promptly brought the subject up of upsetting me several more times without a supervisor present outside within a very close personal distance and I directed him to finishing the walk around so I leave.Upon inspection, at first he failed to note key scratches with writing on the fuel door until my mother came(the same person who'd came in with me prior) and did an inspection herself and mentioned it to him. Promptly after he passed it.I was then given the keys and he explained to me he was hired for "Customer Satisfaction". Explain to me what a young kid not looking a day over 20 understands about customer service. I'm a much older person that did not appreciate the work ethic of someone who had been working there "3 months". What a joke. I have been here several times before and had good experiences. But this time was a joke.. It must be nice to give impersonal service and read a script all day long. I will speak to the supervisor in charge of this shortly(as she seemed half decent) and send a letter to the corporate office.
Excellent service! I called 2 other companies about an insurance/warranty rental and they were the only company who knew what to do and how to handle it!!! Great rental car. Clean and efficient. Staff were very nice on the phone and at the office. A+
Never rent from them; Slow, Disrespectful, Rude & Crude people . . . I will NEVER-EVER rent from this Location in Conway. The Manager, Joshua T. Metcalf is his name. If you just have to rent from them, go all the way to LR-Airport and you'll have NO-PROBLEMs. If you're looking for Insurance rental while your car is in the Shop, go anywhere but to a business location . . . This is how they make their money separately from the Airport locations . . . HERTZ, 30-mins or less and brought to the House! Cudos to HERTZ!!!Some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered. Would NOT RECOMMEND The Independent Contractor in CONWAY, ARKANSAS. Bias, Uncaring, Rude, and VERY DISRESPECTFUL to the Customer. The Customer could never be right with these people.Called me on the phone to pay on my bill . . . yet, my car isn't ready at the Auto-Body Shop yet. Was wondering why they charge one insurance one price, and another price to a different insurance company on the same exact car . . . Make a long story----SHORT. Went in mainly because the car was overdue for an Oil-change, on the way, got a call for a lady saying we need to make a payment on the bill, but no where on the contract does it stipulates when to make payment.The manager was mad because someone else left a copy of their contract on the same car, and when I presented it to the manager he started using black-slang jargon(and he's a white), told us we look like we WEREN'T going to pay the day we came in(WOW).Told us it was his car to take back when he like, put us out the building, and refuse to drop us off home nearby, . . . and after just seeing your commercial . . . My fiance' and I was like, I don't think this applies to small-ville USA . . . or maybe, it was because we were Black . . . Any-Who, these is not the idea place to rent in the FUTURE!THANKS HERTZ IN CONWAY, AND BROUGHT THE CAR TO THE HOUSE WITH THE RATES WE WERE LOOKING TO PAY, NOT BE CONFUSE BY THE CAR ACTUAL RENTAL RATE!
Caution....Do not use this business to rent a Budget Truck. I was told at the time of pick up this 24’ diesel truck was serviced the day before I was to venture on a 1,100 mile trip back to the metropolitan DC area. There was no mention the truck had any problems at the time. If fact I was reassured repeatedly of how this truck would not give me any problems on my trip. I drove less than 5 miles off the lot and the check engine light came on, the transmission light came on and a buzzing sound the was louder than you would believe. I contacted this business and explained what was going on and the woman replied they did see that and "reset" the computer when we did the "PM" (the day prior) but it had no history and cleared the codes. I also asked for assistance and the reply was "you already left the lot with the truck and we cannot help you, call the roadside assistance number on the back of your contract". Really? The front tire depth read 3/32 and was confirmed by another Budget dealer; who by the way grounded the truck and put it in for service immediately. This is only the beginning!In defense of Budget their roadside assistance was exceptional as was Central Diesel Service (Mr. Ealy). Central Diesel responded onsite with 35 minutes and performed the necessary repairs in a timely manner.

This business has moved to 2824 Prince Street, and they do a really good job.
I was at west conway mini storage last weekend and the lady working the desk seemed like her personal phone call was more important than business. Then took her forever to even give me unit rates and u haul rates. BAD SERVICE
