I had a very disappointing experience. My husband and I bought a car from here after our wedding. We had to take it back due to a bad battery and they tried to fix it, but two weeks later it broke down due to the battery overheating and frying circuits. I was very disappointed; I expected better.
Great place, good people and fair prices. Only complaint is they don't accept cards. Cash or check only. Pass that, it is a great local business!
Great service. Friendly people to work with! Very professional and knowledgeable! Overall great business.
I recently bought a car from CORAN, I could not have been treated any better.....I would do business with these folks anytime!Larry and Lora
Great customer service. Helped me find a great car I could afford. Easy financing w credit acceptance which has brought my credit score up a bunch in the 5 months I've had the car!! Sending my family and friends! !
I just bought a used pickup truck from Trent and Don at R&T. It was one of the smoothest vehicle purchase transactions I have ever experienced. These guys were very courteous and professional. I feel like a got a really good deal, and the trade-in offer for my old truck was very generous. I would definitely do business with these guys again!
we bought a car from Car Mart last November it broke down 2 months after the purchase we've called Car Mart several times about this issue the management an account reps are very rude at this location and the vehicle is still sitting in my driveway broke down a year later we continue to make the payment because we do not want a negative rating on our credit score thank you Car Mart for selling us a lemon!
Terrible. The car they sold me has been in the shop ever since I got it. I had to do over $1000 worth of repairs in the FIRST MONTH I had it.They also insisted on putting me as the cosigner rather than the person I brought in to cosign, so technically I don't even own the car I'm paying for. They also use Westlake. If anyone reading this has ever used Westlake to finance a car, you know that's a bad thing.
Traded our jeep and traverse in and had equity. Got a mini van and a truck that they swore was great and they new the owner and that they have been driving it. Day one 33 miles blew a hose and overheated going down the road, they put a new end on the hose. Day 2 after I got it back it was smoking like a freight train and smelled like oil only have put 93 miles on it total. I bring it back and want to trade for something else they said they wouldn't give me what I paid so I had to pay them more. They wont even stand behind there vehicle for less than 100 miles. Then another sales men Jason comes out and says they wont even give me less than that for it. Said disregard what Greg said. Its junk and they wont stand behind it. They are not very good salesman and be very careful if you are thinking about buying from there, better have the vehicle tested before messing with them. Its been over 2 weeks now and still less than a hundred miles because I cant drive it and still don't have the title for it.
