Lots of drugs dealer's and the office is un professional..they lost most of my lease information. They had my car towed without letting me know I needed a parking sticker. My apartment was broken into and my door was marked with kkk.
The apartments look amazing. I knew someone who lived here years ago, this doesn't look like the same place.New appliances, ceiling fans, great paint colors--looks great!!When you go, ask for David, very helpful.

Stanley & Payne managed our small HOA in Conroe since approx. 2007. Lot/homeowners complained about what they described as "the unprofessional management style" of S&P employees. Lot/homeowners complained of not receiving notices for BOD meetings (snail mail and/or email); not receiving assessment statements; not having telephone calls returned, not having easy access to BOD meeting minutes (BOD minutes not posted on the S&P "communities" website for our HOA), and "rudeness" from S&P employees. The situation became so bad, numerous lot/homeowners asked that one employee in particular be removed from having contact with lot/homeowners of our HOA. In what lot/homeowners have STILL NOT BEEN ADVISED (specifics), Stanley & Payne resigned as our HOA management company October 2015, but were REHIRED soon thereafter by a newly-elected HOA BOD (after all three of the former BOD members resigned). Feb. 2016, Stanley & Payne resigned AGAIN (and again, without an explanation) as our HOA's mgmt co.
This is the worst company to lease from. When we moved in, most of the lights were burnt out, the upstairs ac didn't work, you could see outside from the space by the doors which was never completely fixed. Many times we asked them to fix things and it never got done. Then they want to keep our deposit for carpet that was crap when we moved in and even documented upon move in? Beware! Will be contacting our attorney.
These are great affordable apartments..anything that I needed fixed they always come thru an fix it...
These apartments are a JOKE. STAY AWAY. AC messes up all the time. Terrible management. Infestation of different bugs from other tenants even if you have your apartment spotless. These apartments are really just the worst, I couldn't be any more specific with this. HORRIBLE APARTMENTS. If you like it here you either are staying here for bad business cause lord knows their "inspections" are legit. Been here for 2 years and still no fire extinguisher and no repairs since I moved in. Good luck if you move here. It's literally a hellhole.

This is an updated review after my move out. After an initially very pleasant experience, things progressively went down hill with this place. While I blame myself for this it is still terrible, the assistant property manager, Courtney, verbally confirmed with me that my keys, gate remote, and garage door opener were left in my unit for them when I left, and now they are trying to nail me with a $225 charge alleging that they were not found in the unit. What motivation do I have to keep a garage door opener or keys when I'm dealing with moving? Absolutely none. Add on top of that, I am being charged $200 for trash removal after moving out. Not only was the garage and curbside perfectly clear of any trash after I moved out, the assistant manager, Courtney, said she had a picture of our "trash filled" garage/curbside which she thus far has failed to provide me. I am absolutely appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity among this management staff. What am I blaming myself for? Trusting the management staff at Regency at Woodland Townhomes. If you're looking here, my strong recommendation is that you look elsewhere. This staff is not motivated by customer service, they are motivated by your money. When push comes to shove, your money matters more to them than you do as loyal resident, no matter how long your stay is here.Out of the nearly 2 years I lived here the security gate protecting this community functioned for probably a total of 1 month. If a gated community is important to you, look elsewhere.
Well, I happen to hear" GREAT" things about the complex in Conroe,Tx. I knew someone that has lived there,and a couple people that live there now.Management is awesome right now.I went over there to check on some info. i am moving there here in the near future,cant wait!! Oh yea.and I have been told more then once that the lady that does house keeping is so good you can just about eat of the floor when she gets done cleaning!!,and such a pleasant person to be around,!!!
