Will never attend another event hosted by these people. Visited an estate sale on 11/7/15 in Huntsville. Blonde lady at the register was rude immediaty upon entering. Be WARNED!!! FIRST CHOICE ESTATE SALES (1ST CHOICE ESTATE SALES)I set up an estate sale through Jennifer about a month ago. When it came time for her appointment to come and do her "set up" I called to confirm. She did not answer my calls. I looked at her website and found that she had booked another estate sale over the dates we had confirmed. It really left a sick feeling in my stomach but I just tried to keep thinking that with the exceptional staff she had mentioned on her webpage - maybe she was set up to handle more than one estate sale at a time.I also text 'd her to confirm our appointments. To my surprise overnight she had text'd back to say that she was not able to handle our estate sale. She was very unprofessional in the fact that I had never received a phone call cancelling the sale or appointments. The truth is I think she is not organized and overbooked herself leaving us hanging in the wind. She has left our family in a very bad situation. We are now left scrambling to find help.This is not a professional way to run a business - Being a business owner myself - I would never leave people hanging like this. I am so very upset. I will also be reporting her to the BBB. BEWARE!!!!!
