Service group is “top line” when it comes to customer service. Couldn’t ask for better.
Most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. I have an extended warranty and they won't work on my car. Would you buy a car from someone that wont fix repairs that you paided to have covered? They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy a car and then want nothing to do with you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
The service department is the best! I would like to thank Adriana and the team for getting my vehicle in and out and getting me back on the road!
Very unimpressed with this dealership. The sales person, sales manager, and finance person did not communicate during my transaction. They do not seem very interested in selling me a vehicle. Also deceptive, I was quoted a monthly payment for a loaded up vehicle and when I get there it's a base model with very few options. And very unwilling to negotiate with price. This is my first and probably last Maza that I will ever purchase. Buyer BEWARE with this dealership.
Such a rip off I bought a 2010 HHR not even a month ago and they told me nothing was wrong expect maybe the plugs needed to be changed . Well I took it to a Chevy dealership because my transmission kept sliping and I was informed by the dealership that not only is my transmission bad so is my motor which would be ruffly 4000$ to fix it . No the dealer is not returning my calls nor standing behind there cars so now I'm stuck with what I thought was a good vehicle isn't I need a new motor and transmission
There are a lot of reputable, honest, dealerships that genuinely care about and respect their potential customers... Cowboy Kia of Conroe is NOT on that list. They flat out lied to me over the phone (after THEY called me) guaranteeing terms of a sale, and denied the guarantee, refusing to honor their word after I dragged my pregnant wife 1-1/2 hours up there. This happened twice. The second time, they sent pictures of the a vehicle I was interested in and spelled out the downpayment, monthly payments, and term length of loan in text, (they already had my credit application on file from my filling it out both online, and 3 days earlier the first time we drove up there). The manager even said " Consider it my personal gift to you and your wife for your new baby". Seeing it in writing, I thought, there was no way that they could be so deceitful, again. I was wrong. They raised the price by more than $1000 the first trip, and more than double the second time, both times once I got there. Fool me twice, I guess. My fault for giving the benefit of the doubt. They even denied me the opportunity to speak to the manager and the rep that sent me the photos and text guarantee. They are, by definition, CON-ARTISTS, and I encourage anyone to take their hard-earned money elsewhere to buy a vehicle.
"Lies and more lies."On 07/11/2015 I was told by the Manager Greg to come in even though Capital One pre-approval letter said I had to have an income of 1800 or above. I called to cancel the appointment, but he said he would call Capital One and see if he could get things worked out. He called me back and said they will approve me even though my income was below the 1800. I went in and met with Lawrence and we talked and he said I needed to sign an form to finish processing my application through Capital One and before he walked off I told him I only wanted my credit ran by Capital One and no one else and he agreed. Lawrence lied about only running my credit through Capital One. I later found out my credit was ran 8 different times. On 07/12/2014 I called Lawrence about my credit being ran 8 different times and he said I did not meet the requirements of income for Capital One and I stated to him, if that was so my credit still should not of been ran by other finance companies. Then he went on to say I will have to speak with Greg Monday morning about this situation.
I purchased a new Altima 2 weeks ago. I was so impressed with my salesman Rick Erwin and Streater Smith Nissan that I took my wife in last weekend and she purchased a new Frontier. We will be Streater Smith and Rick Erwin customers for LIFE.
Horrible experience. They tried to talk me into something on the lot rather than what I said I wanted. Then they found what I wanted at another dealership, they wouldn't go get it until I did all paperwork and paid deposit first. Came to pick it up a few days later, only it had the wrong color interior, stains inside and paint scratches outside, and over 200 miles on it. Told I was stuck with it now. Drove it and found mechanical issues. Returned it for service and still waiting. Told them I wanted to give it back and was yelled at in lobby by salesman. Out my money and have no vehicle.
The manager at Streater Smith Nissan "I forgot to ask for his name" he's the man who I talked to after Robert, then Mike; he was so rude and so disrespectful that he made me sick in my stomach, he crumpled the offer paper and smashed so hard to the floor, and got up, he did not even say thank you for your offer or shake my hand or anything like that; he really made me feel so unsafe, I left right away; he was so angry about the offer which was $3000 below their asking price. I understand if he did not like my offer, but do not make me feel like I'm in a hostile environment especially that I had my child with me who is 5, both of us sitting at his desk; I have a family to take care of, I don't want to feel like my life is being threatened.
