Worse customer service from the cashier. Spent nearly $50 and asked for a to go cup for water since one person in our party of four needed to take medication that they had left in the car for a serious injury. They charged us 75 cents for the cup. RIDICULOUS!!!!! Food was not the best and it took 20 minutes to get chicken fried steak that looked more like giant chicken nuggets WITHOUT gravy. We had to ask several times to get the chicken fried steak. Restrooms were dirty. Server was good and we tipped her 20%. I doubt that I will EVER return.

The restaurant was fine but the challenge is security in the parking lot. My rental car along with one other was broken into on the lot. In both cases the thieves took brief cases in the back of both vehicles. The Shenandoah police were helpful but the restaurant is not doing their part. No cameras on the lot (one at the back entrance of the building) and ineffective security measures. It seems from talking with employees and other customers this is a hot spot. I would suggest you think hard about going to this location with vehicle contents even items out of view. The police indicated Rental Cars are a natural target. Learn something new each day.
Too many servers on the floor. bumping into each other. service was way below par. We sat at the bar and the service was not horrible but lacked efficiency. Someones idea to shuck oysters in the bar area, BAD idea, the smell was overwhelming. Moved twice to get away from it. You can not beat the food, it is always good. Things need to be tweaked, cut the chatter between servers at the computers and kitchen area. Still mine and wife favorite place to eat. Looking forward for revisions on the wait staff. Staying POSITIVE..
Bad service, bad food...just a warning to steer clear. Went there for lunch food was over cooked and service was unprofessional. Silverware was dirty, when asked for more had to get the manager to get more. Waitresses were nowhere to be found, and the place was not busy. Would give minus stars if I could.
