Phillips 66

Very Rude clerk there; I walked in and there was no greeting or hello; he was on his blue tooth phone talking in Arabic to someone. From the tone of the voice and loud talking, he was berating someone. I bought a small coffee and banana bread, which at most places was less than three bucks. The guy took my money and opened the register (didn't ring it up at all). Then gave me change. I need 2 dollars for a day laborer and he only gave me $16.50 in change for a twenty, so I asked for changing a $5 bill. In a loud voice, he says "Why didn't you ask for that before I changed your twenty?" I said, I didn't see how much this was since you didn't ring it up. Then he says he can't open the register unless I buy something else. I say OK, I want a refund for the Banana bread. He gets upset and says OK, give me the five, I'll change it. So he opens the register, no problem. I say - What? so you were lying about opening the register? He starts shouting that he needed to save his change (he had a whole drawer full of ones). "Why don't you ask for change when you pay?" Shouting more - I said "Well, looks like I am not coming here any more." "Good! Get out!" he shouts.
