This CRICKET store is very FRIENDLY and will answer any questions you may have about CRICKET at first I was kind of scared to switch from Verizon but they convinced me and I dont regret it one bit. I come in this store to pay my bill every month they do charge a $3 fee to pay bill but they do offer PAYMENT REWARD cards and you can get free things with it so I dont mind. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE BEST customer service visit this store they can do anything from explaining how the phones work to insurance claims.
