Kids Only Learning Center

I was asked to do a review months ago and i didnt. I didnt have much to say then, but I definitely don't have nothing nice to say now. The management is very unprofessional. Instead of coming to the source, they "assume". I can go on and on about my experience, but I was really done when my child got kicked out of daycare because I found a new job when I was told she could still continue care. I then was told I couldn't receive a copy of my time sheet because I didn't give notice of me quitting. Its her "policy" which is ridiculous. They show favoritism and use the rules towards whomever they want. They arent fair and consistent which is my main issue. The way they do business is very shady.

We make learning FUN! We encourage our parents to observe first hand how their child(ren) love doing the daily lessons in their classrooms.Whether it's using creativity for art projects.,imagination in the Interest Centers ,singing songs or just playing games THEY ARE LEARNING! and LOVING IT! Our Teachers are GREAT!

Im Margarita Garcia, Assistant Director, I've worked here 9+ yrs. I love working here where I know that it's just not my job but a second home for my two children and I. I also have a really good friend that I work with, the Director Angie Hatcher. We have loving and caring staff with lots of experience that they love doing classroom projects, signing songs, playing dress up and reading books. We love our children!...and I love working here ����

One of the workers there slapped my child in the face! When I get there to pick them up, normally they would rush me with negative comments about my kid! But this particular day no one said anything So I asked how was my son today? He had 3 fights and soon as she said this, my son said, " and she slapped me in my face" I said "who slapped you in the face?", he said "her with the pink shirt". I said point her out and he did! Soon as he did this she gets up screaming saying "I did not slap him in the face If she knew she was the one broke up the fight she did not open her mouth until my son pointed her out! Then she gets up yelling! After he points her out like he don't know who slapped him in the face that's when she admits she broke up the fight I called child pertection services and what a coincidence they claim they had a power outage and the worker was not able to view the camera! Really? Seem very suspect to me! On Frazier street their other building for school aged kids!

Horrible Management!!! They advised would have a spot for my child. I provided all paperwork needed and all was agreed with a specific start date but when I went a week prior to confirm what was needed, they told me they had no spots available and never bothered calling me or letting me know in any way!! Ms Angie was very unprofessional the entire time!
