We have worked with Michael Henry for several years whenever we needed to have our AC units serviced at our previous house. When we decided to build our new home, we knew he was the one to call. My husband and I had a log home shell built and requested a bid from ICE to install the entire HVAC system. My husband is a mechanical engineer and provided specifications on the units he wanted. Michael reviewed the specifications and advised us that the unit that my husband specified was actually larger than what we needed and recommended a smaller, more efficient unit that would save us money on the purchase of the system and also on our monthly electricity bill. He also suggested installing three zones in the house that would allow us to manage the temperature in different areas. We’ve been in the house two years and the unit is working great!
