        they have the worst customer s...

        they have the worst customer service EVER! i called them in May to come fix a warranty problem. they continue to tell me they will call me to schedule something. i've been calling them every week for the past 2 1/2 months...they won't return my call & now i'm forced to pay someone else for work they told me they would take care of.
