I needed hi temp cheese for expensive sausages I was making . The butcher said sure and cut a slab off a random block of cheddar which was clearly not hi temp .he promised it was and I decided not to scrap 60$ of meat so I didn't opt to use his cheese . Instead I went livingstons and got the special cheese I needed . Later I confirmed the lakeside cheese melted on just warm temperatures over my eggs so I knew he was full of it . Glad I didn't use that . The place is outdated and they'll tell you whatever you want to hear even if it's false
