Worst driver in the world. Car #960. He's going to get someone killed the way he drives. If you want to live use another company.
Unsafe drivers do not ride with this cab company. I had an issue I called their corporate line that's listed on the website and the woman was very rude and hung up on me gave me the president's number and he started yelling and screaming at me because of my experience do not ride with this company, do not get in the vehicle with any of these
Crap drivers. Never use. Call someone else. They travel with family members in the car and have weird conversations while they take you places
I used United taxi recently for my friend's bachelorette party wine tour and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and will use them for my future cabby needs.1) Booking was super easy -- I work long hours so appreciated the many ways they could be reached. They were responsive to emails (unlike other companies from whom I requested online quotes) and picked up the phone when I called at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Easy as pie.2) They were able to accommodate a last minute change to the size of vehicle requested 2 nights before my event -- even after they had already called to confirm everything 3) Aron, our driver, arrived early, was extremely polite, impeccably dressed, and professional. He helped us load our many bags of picnic supplies into the trunk.Honestly I can't think of a single negative thing to say. The customer service was fantastic all around. Highly recommend this company.

I called to interview them for a ride, I live out of Columbus, they hung up before I could finish asking them if they could pick me up, I was still talking, they hung up
Absolutely Horrible after using the service the day before n asking about the quick n timely need for the next morning I was told to call about 30minutes ahead...I called 4:45am was told 20mins waited about 35 called back was told 20mins again rudely n to be patient. . its now 8:15am no cab no Anwar I gave up.. Even explaining my desperate need to get to work. NEVER CAME OR CALLED...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!
I ordered a cab at 2pm and here it its 5:30 pm and still haven't seen a cab yet. What kind off business runs like this. I will never offer service from them again.
Today I decided to use blue can to go to my interview since I didn't want to use yellowcab so I call to make an appointment for a taxi it never got put in, so call back and schedule for a taxi again it come 30min after I call I was worried I would be late by then so I tell him I got an interview in Powell at 10 by that time it was 9:30am so first of all he acted like he didn't know how to use his GPS which is a big fail for a taxi driver so I enter the address in so we're on the freeway and get to my destination 5min before 10 my bill was $54.02 so I pull out my card to swipe it and he's like my card swipe don't work I let him know I don't have cash only my card could we go to a bank (it was around the corner btw) he throws a big tantrum then charges me extra so I'm letting him know I need to pay this and leave he's telling me he's going to call the police since I don't want to pay my fair and by that time Im out the car on the phone with a manager, this man was beyond RUDE!! I got hung up on 5 times and never got to pay my bill my new manager saw the whole thing and said I wasn't in the wrong I end up paying later that day AFTER calling the manager countless time getting hung up on MOST times I called and having to call back the same exact police officer that showed up when the taxi called the police on me (btw he was forced off property by the manager) and the police had to talk to him just for me to pay my fair and he still over charged $55.02. Worst customer service I have EVER received!!!!!!!!!!!
