We have always got great service and great food ! Beside if I ever I me ever get bad food or bad service at any restaurant that problem will addressed before i leave and thats a promise !
Please don't waste your time at this pub. The food is not good and the owner argued with us when we let him know how bad the food was. He needs to go to customer service school. The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.
I bought a vaporizer Pen from this store about 8 months ago. Since then, I have attempted to replace coils and glass tubes from this shop as needed. Not once have they had any of the items needed for the product THEY sold me! At the time I purchased this item, I was ensured they kept such parts in stock. I have called and asked several different occasions and I get responses like we don't have any in stock, but we have 2 boxes in the back. They may be in there..." Ok. So go look! Which they didn't. What happened to customer service?I just got off the phone with this business, again. After explaining my situation to the employee, I was told to buy a new pen they carry parts for. Very professional, ma'am. I will keep on driving out of my way, supporting other businesses that carry parts for items they sell. Good day.
Please read below my complain. This happened tonight. My husband and I were humilated:On 9/6/2013 my husband and I went to Sonny's BBQ in Concorde around 6:35 pm (7820 Lyles Lane, Concord, NC 704-979-0073). I bring our GoPlaySave book everywhere with us, because the savings are great. So, our waitress watches me go thru the process of ripping out the coupon on pg. 145. She then looks at it and says she has to check with her manager (Randy). Well much to our surprise Randy, the manager calls the coupon a fake, a copy. He came to this conclusion before even looking at the coupon. My husband then goes to Randy with the GoPlaySave book and tells him he was basically an idiot if he thought he would try to make a copy for a coupon for a free meal, or $5 off. Randy, the manager basically insinuated my husband was being dishonest. Actually, we hadn't had Sonny's in two years. Sonny's catered our reception dinner-we love Sonny's. Well, my husband and I were offended Randy would even think we would try to do something so tacky and dishonest. We purchase these books 1st to support our nephew who sold us this book from his middle school. We also like learning about new places to eat and getting a little discount. I really hope your company makes contact with Sonny's in Concorde to let them know. I am already going to make my complaints. However, I would hate for another family to be so embarrassed. Funnier still, it wasn't until we said we wouldn't eat there that Randy said he ''would take a look at the coupon". We ate across the street at Quaker Steak. Please let them know this because it was embarrassing and humiliating. I think Randy stereotyped my husband and I for his personal reasons.
