DQ is going a little down hill the tenders have hard places where the breading was not sifted. They only have spicy Ranch ? Who told them spicy was better? Did they pay their power bill? Its hot as h... in here. Service is good. And look does anyone from Management walk out the front door? At the front door its very very greasy I assume from employees because, a guest would not have greasy shoes .And there's mold growing on the wall at the front door!!
Chicken was extremely greasy, not fresh. Green beans were awful will not be going back for a long time. Servers were not in compliance with the health department.
Food is okay.....once they get the order right!!! Very slow also. Kids there act dumbfounded when you tell them the order is wrong.
Had the worst experience at this particular Subway chain, EVER. I was treated with extreme rudeness and hatred after simply asking an employee for some extra condiments a few minutes after a purchase. The employee denied that I had bought anything from that store, when in fact, I HAD five to ten minutes before. He then refused to give me any condiments and turned his back to me. I will NEVER go back to this establishment, and I advise others to do so as well. It was extremely embarrassing and humiliating to be treated like that in front of the staff and other customers.
I eat at this location frequently. Each visit is always pleasant. When I dine in, the employees are quick to deliver your meal to your table. I love this place because the employees deliver quality service.
I'll drive the extra 20mins to go to another KFC before returning to this one. Absolutely horrible service and the food almost always taste old and over cooked... Yuck! Never again!
Always slowwwww!! Can't get an order right to save their life!! Love the slushies!! But only when they get that right!!! Do not recommend them to anyone!!
I must say the food is amazing, HOWEVER the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced. I will die before I comeback to this Bojangles. I've never been treated so badly by a cashier.I had never been to a Bojangles before this experience, so yah. Anyways, when I asked for a sweet tea she very rudely and obnoxiously said, "UH YA MAKE YOUR OWN DRINKS HERE." I was so taken aback. When I asked for Bo-rounds with my meal after she told me I could have any "fixin' I wanted, she said I should get green beans instead that it was a healthier choice. THAT WAS NOT OKAY. Everything I ordered she sighed and rolled her eyes with a sour attitude as if I was wasting her time. If don't want anymore bad reviews on your establishment, I suggest you drop the girl with heavy black eyeliner that works on Sundays around 6ish-7ish pm.
This particular location is absolutely terrible! The service is terrible, my orders are never correct, and when i order cookies and specify that they be fresh, i'm met with one ridiculously hot cookie, right on top. The rest are hard as rocks and cold as steel in the middle of a Chicago winter. Not to mention, when i do call and speak with management, i've been met with the response of " So, what do you want me to do about it? "
My brother was eating at this McDonalds with his friends and noticed there was blood smeared on the side of his fries container. He went up to the front counter and showed an employee. She was wearing a big bandage on her hand and starting apologizing, admitting it was blood. The obvious concern in this situation is that he could have contracted a disease since he had already ate some of the fries before realizing there was any blood. My brother has Muscular Dystrophy and has to take medicine daily which causes his immune system to be weaker than the average persons, making the situation even more concerned. My parents have called the McDonalds, spoken to the manager and even corporate lawyers trying to have the employee get tested to ensure my brothers health. However, McDonalds refuses to do anything. They say that they cannot make the employee get tested and they will not ask her to. My family has even offered to pay for her time and testing but McDonalds will not let us speak to her to ask ourselves. McDonalds will not pay for my brothers medial testing expenses (which are $1,200 a piece and he will have to get tested for 10 years to be sure nothing was transferred). McDonalds admits that my brother was served food with blood on it and yet they will do nothing to help. The emotional stress, constant worry and anguish is overwhelming. I am shocked that anything like this can go unnoticed. We have been trying to get a lawyer to take our case but have not been successful. Apparently McDonalds is one of the most difficult companies to bring to court because they just keep appealing and dragging you through court until you cannot afford it. We haven’t been able to find an attorney that is willing to help us. We aren’t even interested in suing but would just like the employee to get tested and for my brother’s medical testing bills to be covered by McDonalds. If you know a lawyer who would be able to help please contact me-it would be greatly appreciated.
