Troy the pretty one and Korena the brains from Fort Myers are the greatest! They caught us going out the door and we bought my husband a 2017 Road King for his 50th birthday tomorrow! Been to dozens of Harley’s through the country and this one has the best customer service of any we have visited!

I purchased a custom dynamics horn from Speedway Harley Davison it was guaranteed for 20 years it went bad call the dealership They were no help wouldn't do anything for me.left it up to me to contact factory. I will never buy anything else from them them

On Thursday 5/11/17 I went by the dealership. I had a couple of minor problems. Dennis and Kurt jumped on the problems like I was the only customer in the place. I've always been treated like I was family at home. Thanks Ammie for a great staff and a great Dealership

So a BMW owner of 20+ years. ...

So a BMW owner of 20+ years. Have been thinking of getting a second bike and called ahead to book an appt to ride a specific model.
When I arrived I was informed that their policy was to negotiate all the financials, including credit check (yes thats an inquiry on my credit regardless of the fact I would pay cash) before they would even let me ride a model I have never ridden before (wanted to see how that batwing fairing felt vs. the fixed fairing on my K12GT).
I can pull in to a Mercedes dealership and not have to negotiate for a car before I decide on which one I want, so having a hard time understanding what this policy is aimed at achieving. Perhaps they had issues in the past, but making every potential customer pay for those issues hardly seems like a policy to build a strong relationship with a customer.
Ended up walking out, wasted an hour (plus the time to write this), but hey, you know the saying... make a customer happy they tell two people, annoy a customer and they tell 10. So I hope at least 10 people read this. With a few dealerships nearby, I have options and wont be bringing my business to Pat Rogers, which includes any service for the years to come.

I have dealt with many dealers...

I have dealt with many dealerships in my 14 years of riding and Pat Roger's is the worst I have had the displeasure to have dealings with. Pat himself is rude and disrespectful. I was quoted one trade-in price but after all was said and done I was shafted for $1400. Then, after riding a bike I purchased for a year I received notice from the state that the bike had a SALVAGE TITLE. I had paid a regular price for the bike and did not have the title because some was financed so HARLEY DAVIDSON had the title. This fact was not disclosed to me which is against the law.
If you are shopping for a Harley, do your homework. Look at prices on-line and you will see Tilley's and Charlotte HD have the same bikes for much less money. Don't be fooled by "Speedway" in the name or the proximity. All other HD dealerships allow returns if unopened and recent as a true return and will give you your money back. Pat Roger's will only give you a store credit so you HAVE to purchase from his dealership...SHADY business.
PLEASE...look around there are many good shops out there.
