My daughter and I received great service at Hendrick Toyota in Concord today. We were helped by Shelly Rivera, who did an excellent job. We were there for a few hours and she stayed with us and explained everything carefully and answered every question. There was also a language barrier, we needed someone who could translate between English and Spanish so we could have a clear understanding of everything we were being told. Luckily, Shelly was bilingual which was incredibly helpful. We ended up with an amazing deal on our car that we were trying to sell plus a great deal on our lease. Shelly helped all through our negotiations. Very impressed with her help today.
My family and I have purchased several cars from Toyota of Concord and have always had amazing experiences! Each time our salesman has been Anthony Arellano who treats you like family, makes sure you get the best deal, and always follows up to make sure you are happy after the sale! Mr. Arellano is very knowledgeable on the Toyota brand and goes way above and beyond to get you an amazing deal. My family and I can’t say enough about him! If you want an enjoyable experience make sure to request Anthony!
Both my sales consultant, Colton Moss, and the Sales Manager, Mark Poindexter, were great to work with. They treated me respectfully, my requirements and concerns were addressed, and my time appreciated. Frankly, I don't think you can ask for more in a car buying experience. I recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota or used car in the Charlotte/Concord region to contact Colton. He'll deal with you fairly and wont waste your time.

I was in the dealership on Saturday and had my car serviced as I always do at Toyota of Concord. They are so nice and friendly to me. As I was waiting a sales person came up to me and we starting talking about different things and I told him about my grandchildren and just mentioned getting something newer. He took the time go over preowned cars and found one for me. I decided to get a newer car because I'm older and don't want to worry about problems in the future. I must say I was not pressured at all and they called me back today to come take a look at what he had found and here I am with a new car. I will continue to have my car serviced at Toyota and would recommend them to anyone. One time I was in for service and they actually took me over to the mall while my car was being worked on. I love the shuttle service. All the folks I have talked with their are great and treated me with respect, sometimes people tend to forget about us older people but not here. I hope all my grandchildren will come to see you soon. Thank you Toyota of Concord

WORST experience EVER! 0 stars (not sure if there was an option for that) I initially talked with Titus Haygood over the phone. Was interested in a Jeep that I had found on their website but when I called he said it was at another dealership nearby. So he said he could get it to the Concord location for a fee.. Making me feel pressured that he was doing me this huge favor by spending the ""location fee"" he then asked how serious I was. Since it seemed like a big deal to get the Jeep to Concord I asked where it was and of course he did not disclose that info and assured me that the Jeep would be at the Concord location on Friday at 5:00. Then made a big deal about making sure i'd be there at 5:00 and said to call or text him if anything came up. So I showed up Friday at 5:00. No Titus & no Jeep. Actually walked around the lot a little before I came in and nobody came out... Long story short..no help from anybody there. Found Jeep on my own and going to see it tomorrow.

Toyota of Concord is a terrible place to go. They offered me way below True Market Value for my trade in and their numbers were CRAZY. I was looking at the RAV4 and really and trully I am grateful that they are so horrible at TOC because I ended up at Honda of Lake Norman and things went much smoother there.
