        Overall

        I had an overall good experience minus the fact that our car was extremely dirty. You could tell that they had tried to freshen it but it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. On returning our car almost two days early too the manager continually argued with me over a 20 minute time span when I asked for a refund on the one day we didn't have the car. At one point she was even laughing and insulting my intelligence. Very unprofessional.



        As someone who frequently rents from Enterprise I WOULD NOT recommend this location. Most of the other times I rented from the Concord Mills location and never had an issue - go there and be spared.

        I HAVE RENTED CARS FROM THIS LOCATION FOR A WHILE AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH RENTALS. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THE PEOPLE I MUST POINT OUT ARE MAKEDA TILLMAN AND DANIELLE THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE HANDLED MY ACCOUNT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE TRUE PEOPLE PERSONS AND LISTENS TO MY NEEDS. ALWAYS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS WHEN PICKING ME UP AN EXCELLENT ADDICTION. THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME AND REPRESENTS ENTERPRISE VERY WELL. OTHER RENTAL COMPANIES HAVE TRIED TO GET MY BUSINESS BUT CAN NOT GIVE ME THE SERVICE THIS LOCATIONS GIVES TO ME.
