The bathroom was nasty just like going to public not an salon that suppose be elegant and the air conditioning is ALWAYS on 24 7 it 40 degrees outside why come get your hair done and freeze. The dryers need upgrading

Manager was RUDE, co-worker and manager both need a refresher course on customer service. I will be skipping this location. My money & time matters.
Need-to-know information (read it all): Afton Cleaners & Alterations and Afton Shoe Repairs' owner Ted Cho (1) did not honor his word about providing a full refund--on an inadequate alteration by his wife Sook Cho--if I could return with a receipt from another vender who could correct Mrs. Cho's work to my satisfaction. The catch was that, in order get my lace jacket back so I could take it to another seamstress, I had to pay for Mrs. Sook's alterations, even though she sewed the arms uncomfortably tight and left the bodice too baggy by a couple sizes. When I provided the required receipt today at 2 p.m. and showed them the jacket--now a perfect fit--Mr. Sook offered to refund only half of the original charge. When I politely told him I never agreed to that amount, he angrily disagreed, snatched up the cash and returned it to the register before turning his back to me and walking away while I was still trying to calmly remind him that we had agreed on the full refund. I continued to speak to his back in an even and reasonable tone, until he had nearly reached the door, at which time I raised my voice and firmly said "No." Finally, getting his attention, I again spoke at polite level but firmly stated my reasonable disagreement. He then turned on me and claimed he had never had such a rude customer. Ignoring his attempt to divert the conversation, I continued rationally in hopes of resolving the situation. He then claimed I agreed to the exact alterations Mrs. Sook provided--he was not in the shop when she pinned the jacket bodice to a better fit without pinning the sleeves tightly. I calmly stated his obvious error and once again found myself talking to his back as he marched toward the exit. Only when I said I would certainly never seek any of his services again did he turn--this time to preposterously accuse me of threatening him. After questioning him about this unsuccessfully, I finally realized he had never had any intention of honoring his word. At this point I informed him that he was leaving me no choice but to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau--something I only done once before in my 50+ years. He shrugged, said he didn't care, and stomped out of the room.
I took in a load for wash, dry, and fold on a Friday and it wasn't back until the next Wednesday. Turns out that they have to send everything to Charlotte to be cleaned. The woman who took in my laundry was a wonderfully friendly older woman. Even she was concerned when the laundry wasn't back by Monday or Tuesday. Thankfully, I don't think that I will need their services in the future.

I had an amazing time at my trip to buckle because the people that work there are very nice and are helpful with any questions that you may have. Next the place is well formatted and layed out. (not crowded and spacious) Also for the parents there is a youth section for kids. Lastly, their jeans are GREAT quality and they have very pretty items!! I hope the next time you come shopping you will stop in to Buckle and see what you think, you won't be disappointed!!
very bad experience with tapein extensions here. gave Shelby 3 times to fix the poor placements, very poor quality hair (paid 550 for just the hair through her), the experience just got worse, and I PAID for each "correction"
Erin Linker is the color master! My hair color has never been as beautiful as it has the past 3 months I've been going there. I've watched the other stylists work and their work is amazing too. The salon is beautiful and comfortable.
I wouldn't go back. There was limited seating available in the front and overall it looked sloppy. It also felt unorganized. I was on time for my appointment, however my stylist was in the middle of coloring her previous client's hair. I had to be "squeezed in" and felt rushed since my stylist needed to return to her previous client to finish her. My haircut was fine, but the set-up of the salon and the organization was sub-par. For example, the mirror in front of me was so high up, I couldn't even see how the hair cut was going until I stood up at the end. It was far from a "spa" experience. On the plus side, my stylist was very friendly and did a great job, however, I'd rather go somewhere where I can relax and feel like I have time to explain what I'd like done to my hair, instead of feeling rushed.
