Please don't waste your time at this pub. The food is not good and the owner argued with us when we let him know how bad the food was. He needs to go to customer service school. The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.
I bought a vaporizer Pen from this store about 8 months ago. Since then, I have attempted to replace coils and glass tubes from this shop as needed. Not once have they had any of the items needed for the product THEY sold me! At the time I purchased this item, I was ensured they kept such parts in stock. I have called and asked several different occasions and I get responses like we don't have any in stock, but we have 2 boxes in the back. They may be in there..." Ok. So go look! Which they didn't. What happened to customer service?I just got off the phone with this business, again. After explaining my situation to the employee, I was told to buy a new pen they carry parts for. Very professional, ma'am. I will keep on driving out of my way, supporting other businesses that carry parts for items they sell. Good day.
