I purchased a custom dynamics horn from Speedway Harley Davison it was guaranteed for 20 years it went bad call the dealership They were no help wouldn't do anything for me.left it up to me to contact factory. I will never buy anything else from them them
On Thursday 5/11/17 I went by the dealership. I had a couple of minor problems. Dennis and Kurt jumped on the problems like I was the only customer in the place. I've always been treated like I was family at home. Thanks Ammie for a great staff and a great Dealership
I brought my 2014 CTS-V which I had purchased from them in for service. I had it towed down because of a horrible squealing and shaking coming from the rear of the car. I got down there to pick up a loaner car while they looked at my car and noticed my car being pulled into the service area. After standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out where I needed to go I finally asked the guy that drove my car in and he told me I needed to talk to Chris in a rude manner and walked away. Now I'm standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out who Chris is. So now I'm standing awkwardly in the office not knowing what to do. Finally the infamous Chris shows up and I tell him my name and my car and he immediately tells me it's my aftermarket exhaust causing the problem. I had to argue with him that it wasn't the exhaust and show him the video I took of the sounds it was making and he still stuck with the exhaust being the problem then he sent me to another service manager, I have no idea who he is because he never introduced himself. Here's the main issue I have, when I called and set up the service I told them that the shaking and squealing didn't start until 60-70mph. I get in the car to take the new guy for a ride and let him hear the sounds and I notice the odometer is only 1 mile more than when I had it towed. Somehow this service dept. was able to diagnosis my problem that only happens at 60-70 mph with out even driving it. If you are female and go to the service dept. be weary and don't let them treat you like less than a person because they think they can spit out some information and have you believe it. The entire time I was there no one ever greeted me or asked me if they could help and that's basic customer service, if you hate your job as much as it seems maybe customer service isn't your forte.Just to update I took my car to a different dealership and they replaced the rear differential under warranty, these guys let me drive my car an hour home with a broken rear differential. I would never recommend this place and I will never be returning.

We all know that in sales the sales agent will say whatever it takes to make the sale than you're on your own. NOT THIS TIME !!!!I HAVE a year old Polaris 4wheeler that is out of warranty for 3 months - Called Polaris they listened but were not very helpful so I contacted RIDE NOW keeping in mind I was pretty much going to handle the warranty costs myself. At 5:50pm Nicky from P/S called me & turned it all around. Got me transferred to Casey in service and started the repair process. Thanks to the unity at the dealership with Nicky, Stephen, Eric, Casey & Polaris my machine was repaired quickly & professionally at no cost to me. I would have to say my opening sentence is not the norm at POWER SPORTS. MY THANKS TO YOU ALL PHIL
Went in for a tire rotation and check front brake grinding....2.5 hours later ...After being harassed by 2 Sales & MGR to buy a new car they said my calibers PISTONs were sticking $1400. for front brakes and calipers ... WHAT ! ? OK off brand Calipers $956. ... I went to my local Nascar repair and $267 for front pads and all else OK for the past 4 months ---BUYER BEWARE !!! WORST Pressure and Experience in MY 60's of life !
I had a great experience at Modern Hyandai the complete opposite of every other dealership I've been to in the last 2 months. I got the car I wanted with a payment I can afford. Jimmy, Justin, and Anane all stayed an hour after they closed to help me and even got me a lower interest rate the day after the sale, who else does that? I love my new Elantra and recommend them highly. Oh, and free NC inspections as long as I own the car, sweet.
If I could rate in the negative range I would. This was my second trip to a hendrick dealer on Concord Mills blvd and both visits were extremely disappointing. During my most recent visit, I went in looking for a used car that I saw online. Upon arrival I was told that car was not ready to be sold yet, but was persuaded to look at a newer version of the car I was interested in. Within the first 10 minutes I was assured that they would take care of the numbers for me and they would meet the payment I was requesting, no problem. Two hours laters, I was treated so rudely and was spoken to in such a condescending manner I became irate. The "numbers" guy wasted two hours of my time when I could have been told up front that what I was looking at was not in my price range. Instead, they played games for hours until I was so fed up that I stormed out. I will NEVER return to any Hendrick dealer after this experience. I would in no way shape or form recommend anyone to visit this dealership. They are the definition of what everyone hates when thinking of buying a car.
