Our child, who has been to Sticky Fingers, wanted to take me to there for Father's Day. My wife and I had never been there, so we thought we would give it a try.Our waitress started out nice enough, but the overall experience deteriorated quickly. We had to ask for our salads to come out before our meal. Otherwise, they would have been there at the same time as our main course. That is a terrible practice as the main course just ends up getting cold. When our meals arrived, our child’s meal was the only one they got right. I got a plate of pulled chicken and nothing else. My wife’s had her fish sandwich and nothing else. When asked, our waitress told us, in something of a condescending tone, “when somebody orders the side salad, the other sides aren’t served.” Huh? Where has that EVER been a practice at ANY restaurant? The catfish sandwich was stringy (bad catfish) while the chicken was bland and green beans uncooked. On a side note that I don’t fault the restaurant. There is a good sized segment of our population who don’t know how to be parents. There was a SCREAMING kid not far from us. We asked the manager if he would please tell them that there are other patrons in the place who don’t want to listen to their screeching brat. I don’t know if he was afraid of being called racist or just doesn’t have the fortitude to be the manager, but you need to consider the other people in your place even if those inconsiderate morons had not thought as to the other civilized people around them.I work in customer service myself. I always try to be ‘quick to compliment and long to complain’. When I have to complain, it is that bad. And believe me, this was BAD. The one thing I will note is that they did void then entire bill. So, thank you for that, but I will NOT be back and will provide free advertising on the various social media, my family and co-workers. Thank you for a Father’s Day that I will do my level best to forget.
Chicken was extremely greasy, not fresh. Green beans were awful will not be going back for a long time. Servers were not in compliance with the health department.
Food is okay.....once they get the order right!!! Very slow also. Kids there act dumbfounded when you tell them the order is wrong.
Had the worst experience at this particular Subway chain, EVER. I was treated with extreme rudeness and hatred after simply asking an employee for some extra condiments a few minutes after a purchase. The employee denied that I had bought anything from that store, when in fact, I HAD five to ten minutes before. He then refused to give me any condiments and turned his back to me. I will NEVER go back to this establishment, and I advise others to do so as well. It was extremely embarrassing and humiliating to be treated like that in front of the staff and other customers.
I eat at this location frequently. Each visit is always pleasant. When I dine in, the employees are quick to deliver your meal to your table. I love this place because the employees deliver quality service.
The service was horrible I ordered my food to go, sat down on the bench they told me to and this girl bags up my order man handles my roll all while she having a side convo wit another coworker. Then just throw my order in the pick up box. She never called my name or said ma'am is this your order. I waited 10 minutes cuz I didn't know my order was ready.
I'll drive the extra 20mins to go to another KFC before returning to this one. Absolutely horrible service and the food almost always taste old and over cooked... Yuck! Never again!
Always slowwwww!! Can't get an order right to save their life!! Love the slushies!! But only when they get that right!!! Do not recommend them to anyone!!
I must say the food is amazing, HOWEVER the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced. I will die before I comeback to this Bojangles. I've never been treated so badly by a cashier.I had never been to a Bojangles before this experience, so yah. Anyways, when I asked for a sweet tea she very rudely and obnoxiously said, "UH YA MAKE YOUR OWN DRINKS HERE." I was so taken aback. When I asked for Bo-rounds with my meal after she told me I could have any "fixin' I wanted, she said I should get green beans instead that it was a healthier choice. THAT WAS NOT OKAY. Everything I ordered she sighed and rolled her eyes with a sour attitude as if I was wasting her time. If don't want anymore bad reviews on your establishment, I suggest you drop the girl with heavy black eyeliner that works on Sundays around 6ish-7ish pm.
This particular location is absolutely terrible! The service is terrible, my orders are never correct, and when i order cookies and specify that they be fresh, i'm met with one ridiculously hot cookie, right on top. The rest are hard as rocks and cold as steel in the middle of a Chicago winter. Not to mention, when i do call and speak with management, i've been met with the response of " So, what do you want me to do about it? "
