If you have a choice,please do not go there.They are very slow and have no common sense!!!They are very lazy to put holiday boxes and envelopes out,but their charging like you bought from there,even if they dont have this kind????It's holiday season please put at least "fake "smile on you face,pretend you like your clients.... you stressed out costumer
Taken the incompetent employees of the Casa Correo Post Office in Concord, Ca. 10 days to deliver important registered parcel. They have attempted to deliver the parcel twice when we were at home. Carrier failed to ring the door bell on March 16, 2016 and March 22, 2016 in our large home so that we could know someone was at front door. Notice left stated parcel was at local PO. On March 21, 2016 visited and waited in long line at the PO and they could not locate parcel. Was told by Ramon it probably would be redelivered that day and if not call them. Have rescheduled delivery twice online. They failed to attempt delivery of parcel each time on the expected day. Have called and spoken to Romeo who stated if not delivered tomorrow he would personally deliver to my home. Called yesterday and spoke with Sarah who assured me she would leave note on the parcel to make sure it was redelivered on March 24th as requested. Again was not delivered today. So many incompetent employees at one PO?
