Sears

Do not use Sears washer repair service. The tech's are incompatent and the phone staff are idiots. I called on a Monday and had a tech come out on Wednesday. He insisted it was my hoses even though I told him the washer itself is leaking. He didn't believe me that the washer was leaking. He said all he would do is replace the hoses. He turned the dial to different areas but didn't let it fill up. He replaced the hoses and left. I used it immediately and it leaked soap and water. Sears says they couldn't send him back out. They rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. The tech called me twice, once at 2:30 pm, to inform me that the router had sheduled him to go to Orinda when he was going to be in San Ramon for 2 1/2 hours and wanted to go home. He called again at 7:15 and told me he was going home and wouldn't be showing up. He said he couldn't come until next Tuesday. He or any other tech ever showed up on Thursday. They said they would send a tech out on Monday and I said they need to send one before that like Saturday am. They agreed and I come to find out they had scheduled me for a week from Saturday instead of today. My washer is still broken. Its been 7 days without a washer and the have me scheduled for next Friday. A & E Appliance Repair and Sears are rediculous to work with and unexceptable as a repair company.
