LensCrafters

This Lenscrafters is wonderful. Everyone from the Manager right on down are so pleasant to work with. We know the manager from another store & followed him to this store. My husband needed work done on his glasses. I called to set up an appointment with the Manager for a time that he'd be there & when we'd be in the area. When we walked in, the Manager was waiting for us with a big smile on his face & greeting us with a hi, it's good to see you again, how are you doing? Then he helped my husband with his concerns regarding the glasses (which were purchased at another Lenscrafters). When we returned later that afternoon, the Manager hadn't returned from lunch, so we waited. His staff made us feel at home while waiting for him. When he returned, he immediagely got my husband's glasses, checked them out to be sure they were correct, had my husband try them on to be sure, & sent us on our way. Needless to say, when it comes time for my family & I to get our vision checked & new glasses, we'll be going back to this Lenscrafters.
