I brought my cocker spaniel in for a field cut. When I picked him up i noticed he was rubbing his eye. An hour later when I got home I realized his eye was bright red, puffy, and could not open. After a few hours he started howling in pain. I took him to the emergency animal hospital and they diagnosed him with an ulcer of the eye. The Dr advised after the eye examination that my cocker spaniel had cuts on his eye. After attempting to contact Laundermutt in the hopes of gaining information about how my dog was cut, there was no response to be had. They have ignored my phone calls and all attempts to communicate with them. Accidents happen, however, ignoring a paying customer is downright rude. I guess she doesnt care for the animals like she says, just that payment is recieved. After that she could care less.

I'm use to self washing my pup, I've had bad experiences with pet groomers in the past. While using Laundermutts self washing stations I could see that the pet groomers were very gentle and their clients seemed happy with their grooming work. I decide to try their Grooming Services out. I couldn't have been more pleased! My dog returned to me happy and gorgeous!! I'd recommend Laundermutt to all my family and friends.

I have a big, dirty dog, that likes to stay dirty. I had her shaved again yesterday and I am very happy with their service. The prices are fair and I will continue to bring her back. I am taking my other short hair dog there today for a wash. Easy to get to and the people are nice.

I have never seen anything so horrible in my life. I've never been to this grooming shop before. I decided to try them because they were open on sunday. I dropped my dog off at 9:15. When I walked in the front desk girl sent chills down my back. She looked like she was on some illegal substance. When she came around to get my dog I was horrified to see she had no shoes on. She was dirty and her feet were black with dirt. I thought twice about leaving my dog with her but figured she had took her shoes off for a second although the appreance of her feet told a different story. 6 hours later when I came to pick up my dog the same girl was there and she still had no shoes. I can't believe that any owner would allow somebody to work without shoes. Very unprofessional behavior and I will never be back!
