Started my business and had no clue what I needed or who to turn to with questions. My cousin sent me to Kwon and told me that he would review everything with me and explain to me what was required versus what I should have. He spent a lot of time going over things with me and it made total sense. I want to thank Kwon and his office for helping me and my family start my business with the right protection. When you talk to him, you don't feel like you are an idiot or like you are being sold something. You begin to question why you stayed with your old insurance company for so many years.

How many insurance agents do you know publish their cell phone number on their website? I called Kwon with a question and i was amazed that he answered the phone and took the time to help me through my situation. I think he has a few thousand clients. My friend referred me to Kwon a few years ago. Totally thankful that he is my insurance agent. I have referred him to my coworkers. He was able to help a few of them. Interesting that he told a few of them not to switch because they would lose discounts with their other company. No wonder everyone has positive reviews of him.
Had a problem with my other insurance company. Kwon told me what to expect and advised me to stay with them for a few more months until the violation fell off my record. The other company never told me that I would not be covered when I loan my boyfriend my car. Total bummer when I found out that I would be responsible for the damage and the tow bill.

I had been with GEICO for a few years and I thought I was adequately protected. I was involved in an accident and the other driver was insured with Kwon's office. I called his office and told him about the accident. He talked to me like I was one of his clients. He was professional and pleasant. He explained the claim process and told me that State Farm would contact me within 24 hours. I actually received a call from the claim rep within two hours. Long story short, I was so surprised with the level of service from Kwon and State Farm that I called him after my claim was settled and asked if he would give me a quote. I was surprised to find out that he could save me some money on my auto insurance, but with much higher liability limits. I had the minimum limits at the time of the accident. He explained that Uninsured Motorist coverage was designed to protect me in case the other driver had no insurance or not enough insurance coverage. Since I own a home and had assets to protect, I needed higher limits. Before switching, he told me that GEICO was a very good company and that I should contact them and ask for a quote with the higher recommended limits. I did and was shocked that they simply gave me the numbers with no explanation as to what they covered or meant. This was unsettling to me and since Kwon's quote was less than GEICO's, I immediately switched my car and home insurance. Kwon explained that most folks do not know what insurance they have until it is too late. That is why he does not quote based on what someone else already has, but customizes the quote based on the person and their needs. Needless to say, I REALLY TRUST KWON!

I did not know what my coverages meant for my auto insurance. I moved to the area in 2008 and came across Kwon Lee's office. I was shopping around for car insurance and we talked about my coverages. He reviewed what I had and asked a lot of questions as to why I had certain coverages and why I had certain limits. Turns out that I didn't need a few things and I needed to increase a few things. The premium was about $4/month more than what I was paying with GEICO, but I decided to switch because I felt a connection with Kwon. Well, two yeas have passed since I signed up with Kwon and I had to call him because I was involved in an accident. I remembered him telling me to make sure that I personally wrote down the other driver's license, looked at the picture and wrote down the insurance information myself. He also reminded me that I should snap a few photos of the car and person driving the car. I am glad I remembered these things because they saved me after the accident. The driver of the other car was an older lady. She didn't want to show me her license and didn't have her insurance card. The information she initially gave me was all false! I took photos and wrote down the make and model of the car and license plate and gave it all to Kwon's office. They handled my claim and they were able to track down this person. It turns out that they did not have a valid license and were uninsured. Fortunately, Kwon recommended that I carry uninsured motorist coverage and the property damage waiver. If I didn't add this to my policy when we first talked, I would be up a creek without a paddle. I am so blessed to have Kwon as my agent. I know that he only makes a few dollars in commission from my account, but he treats me like I am one of his top clients. I recommend Kwon to all of my co-workers, family and friends. I suggest that you call him and see for yourself.

Switched to Kwon Lee after getting a few of his mailers. Skeptical at first, but after talking to Kwon, I felt a strong level of trust. He kept telling me that insurance is simply a promise that if I have a problem, that someone else (State Farm) will take care of me. I know that if I am in an accident or die prematurely, State Farm will take care of me or my loved ones. It was nice to switch all of my insurance (home and auto) and add some insurance I needed (life and health) that I really needed in case something happens to me or my family. I really do feel that State Farm will be there like a good neighbor.
