I want to start with saying this is the only way for me to have someone reach me sense they don't want to talk with me, telling me i harassing them when i try get help on mistake they did in order. Kelly store manager in Concord very bad manager no skills telling me go sue me telling me you won't get your money back telling me come take your stuff from my storage...
Today i talked with Kelly store manager at Concord branch after i try get someone to help me for more then 7 days, i talked with Tami witch she was much more nicer then Kelly, and understand the importance of costumer service. When i go to a point when i have nothing to do and no one wanted to help me, i told them i will despite the card and file small claim against Dolans. Kelly called me yelling and tell me i harassing them do not call them again, she also told me the owner is lawyer and he want you to file small claim he will practice his skills she said all that on a decoder line! when i called back to her and try to tell her listen you don't know the story even if i order something your guys put in the info in the system so ho could it be my fault, she told me i don't care don't call here again come take your freaking order from my storage so i won't have to hear or see you again. WOW RIGHT, for me as business owner service is above all my client is first place she act like a very bad manager, she lost client that's 4 sure, but she lost much more then that and you all can imagine what. I assume i will take it to court as matter of principle they trick me to pay 100% upfront and now i am stuck with mistake they did, so what if i sign it i would imagine that he will make mistake? and if he did made mistake why they not taking responsibility?
i called another store because Kelly instruct the store people to hang up the phone in my face and if they don't answer sent to voice mail no one call me back!
